Pool and hot tub right on the river are awesome and the leasing office representatives (specifically Abi and Rebekah) are very friendly and responsive to concerns - great place to live

Bell Riverside has been an incredible living experience and couldn’t ask more from a Riverside apartment. The community and amenities are exceptional and am blessed call it home. Big shoutout to Abi at the front desk for all the help it took to set us up here. Highly recommend!

I love living at Bell Riverside. The location is perfect for a young person who’s new to Jacksonville. Publix is across the street and it’s easy to walk to bars and restaurants as well as gyms and parks. Abi at the front desk in particular has been super helpful getting me moved in to a fantastic apartment!

I love Bell Riverside! They’ve bent over backwards to help me in many instances in the past. I have deployed overseas twice and each time have chosen to come back and sign new leases here because they are exceptional. Abi at the front office always manages to find a sick apartment for me.

I love Bell Riverside! First let me say this is the most resident-focused apartment community I’ve ever been to. If you need to know something Abi is your girl. Not to mention she is so funny and sweet and easy to talk to! She really knows her stuff. The manager Sandy is so nice and welcoming! She has made some very very nice upgrades to the community since she started and it looks fabulous at all times! Rebekah is always out and about being a superhero always so helpful and sweet! They are all always doing something for their residents!

Levi is the best Maint. Supervisor he is so funny and has such an awesome personality! Bob sees everything! Attention to detail and always pleasant to everyone, also hilarious. David and Jordan are literally the sweetest guys ever. Super super super nice both of them.

They’re always willing to help and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a single piece of trash around this community. I have to say, the whole team is like one big family and they treat their residents like family as well. You will feel well taken care of. Not to mention you CANNOT beat the views, they’ve made incredible upgrades to the apartments and community.

It’s in the perfect location next to everything there’s so many local shops and places to eat not to mention there’s an amazing farmers market every Saturday right down the street! It’s the perfect place to live.

Abby is a wonderful asset to Riverside Apartments! Always there with a friendly smile and a listening ear. She is very professional but in a very laid back kind of way! She is very comfortable to talk to and never has she met a stranger!

After touring apartments all over Riverside about a year ago, I’m so glad I chose Bell. It isn’t the cheapest option in town, but this is a situation where you get what you pay for in a good way. The super walkable location, the views, the apartments themselves, and the amenities are amazing. Walking outside and seeing the river every morning is a great feeling.

And I never realized how important this is until now that I have it - the staff is awesome! Abi, Rebekah, and Sandy in the front office, and Bob in maintenance. Every problem I’ve had is fixed quickly with zero issue. The staff goes above and beyond in everything they do and just seem generally happy to be here, which sets the tone for the community.

I’ve lived at Bell Riverside for about a year now and sadly, I had to let them know that I would not be renewing my lease this week. If I hadn’t accepted a job out of state, I would happily have signed a renewal. I have lived in a lot of apartment complexes in my life, and Bell Riverside has been my favorite hands down. The apartment is wonderful, and the staff is even better. Every issue I’ve had with anything in my apartment (and they were only minimal problems) were dealt with within 24 hours. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Abi in the front office. I’ve never lived somewhere where the office knew who everyone was and what apartment they lived in. I rented this place sight unseen from out of state, and she worked with me to find the right place and was happy to answer any questions I had. My movers decided to show up on the ONE day I told them I was unavailable. Abi just told me to relax and she’d take care of it. She had them unload everything in my apartment and even put the boxes in the room they belonged in. That took a HUGE weight off of my shoulders. If I was staying in Jacksonville, I wouldn’t live anywhere else. 10/10 recommend.

We love living here! We’ve been here a little over a year and are very happy with our decision. It’s very walkable and the amenities are fantastic and kept up very nicely. The weekly food truck is great, resident events during the holidays are fun, and work orders are always handled quickly. Abi, the leasing agent, is so knowledgeable and helpful and truly treats you like a friend when she sees you. This is a very well-run property!

Beautiful apartments in a great location! Abigail in the leasing office was awesome when I was first looking and answered all questions I had whenever I had them. Maintenance is also great, responding to maintenance requests usually the next day and sometimes the same day. I will definitely miss living here

I’m telling you this is the place to be! Spacious apartment, wonderful amenities, located in an awesome area, even the staff are second to none! Abi made me feel very welcome and comfortable when I first moved in and is always available and happy to help! Great apartment overall

They simply do not care about their tenants; Blackstone owns this property and it shows.
The arrogance of planning a job to correct water valves over 25 days of no water for tenants between 9 and 4 every weekday is absurd. After an uproar by tenants, they hired another 2 plumbers- and now expect us to be happy with over 2 weeks of no water daily. The cost of hiring more plumbers for a shorter time is the same. It does not increase the cost. They just don’t care about their tenants.
We now know they have no further plans to add more plumbers. They just don’t care to bother reducing the inconvenience for their tenants. For things that have a price tag………….
This place lost its dock and access to the river on Nov. 11,2022, as of today no progress on replacement of the dock or the fire pit in the beach area. The cushions for the lounge chairs in the beach area have disappeared. No security gate on the parking garage leaving this place open to all who wish to enter. Dumpsters in the parking area after months finally removed. It is a continual sequence of disappearing amenities.
The on-site management is great, but they have no power to decide much of anything. Rent increases of up to 30% have been the rule since Blackstone bought the building. Seniors have moved out of the building because they couldn’t count on a reasonable rent increase. There were cases where existing tenants were offered higher prices than their unit ended up being offered to the general public. A 40 + page lease is the first clue you have no rights here. This property has a great location, but they will prove they have no concern for their tenants at every turn.

I love living here! Our current office ladies are incredibly caring and nice. Maintenance is very attentive to the grounds as well as any work orders I have needed.

I'm giving two stars for the location, riverfront view, parking lot at the same level of the apartment floor, and Abi (Leasing Consultant) as a very nice person. However, overall, the apartment for our 7-month lease and the end contract closure didn't satisfy us.

First, beware of extra charges. While the rent price was reasonable at the time (around $1600), I wasn't fully aware of common area electricity and bills that can easily reach over $150. Also, some services like Valet garbage ($35), which doesn't work on Friday and Saturday and a little trash bin, have mandatory costs. Additionally, Fetch ($20), a service to get items from Amazon or other shops, is also mandatory. There is a $5 pest control service fee, and rental insurance is required too.

Second, forget getting your full refund back. Out of $500, they were only giving us back $27. I paid all extra bills on time, but apparently, they are shifted back a month, so there was a deduction for that. Plus, I had another one of these bills, but I'm not sure why. They also wanted to charge me $200 for damage because there were some breadcrumbs in the fridge, and it wasn't perfectly clean. Moreover, they installed a second lock on the door that I never asked for, and they wanted to charge me more. Then, they said a cabinet was broken, which we weren't aware of. I guess when they installed the microwave, they broke it. The bathtub was very dirty when we came in, and they blamed us for using anti-slip cushion cups mat, which isn't true. The signs of the cups were there when we arrived. In the end, they reduced the "damage" to $100. I was supposed to receive $129.10, but I only got $100. There has been no response regarding the $29.10 at this time.

Third, we spent the first month without a dishwasher because it was so dirty when we moved in that a replacement was needed. The microwave broke, and we spent two weeks without it. The pool was always dirty, with mold all around and leaves in the water. The apartment is somewhat leaning, and the doors never stay open. The washer and dryer are basic and noisy. The balcony was very dirty when we arrived. The parking gate never worked.

As a snow bird, living at Bell Riverside since 2012, I rely on experienced staff to maintain my apartment. I want to recognize Abi in particular as being a more than qualified, knowledgeable, reliable, conscientious, responsible, caring, outstanding professional who puts my mind at ease knowing that all will be in working order upon my return. The management at Bell are to be commended fo having chosen Abi Hunger as Leasing Agent. Amazing patience, understanding and knowledge to be of phenomenal help in getting my income tax papers to the accountant. Just yesterday Abi measured our outdoor bench for a sorely needed cushion! Whatever would we do without Abi?
