bella childcare center, Jacksonville FL

My daughter enjoyed this child care so much untill when we're going on our daily route she points at the center in enjoyment. I appreciate the services that they center supplied to my daughter. Now I know we have a friend we can trust to take along with us in prayer and request. There just that great.

On 6/27 My 15 month old was pushed by another child and fell on the ground hitting the back of his head. There was a bump on his head and it was confirmed and cared for by our physician. The only person to confirm this incident on 6/27 was my other child (who is 7). Marina Zon failed to notify myself or anyone on the emergency paperwork for my children and she did not make an incident report until 6/28; after I brought everything to her attention. As well the incident report was detailed differently than what she stated happened and she was insisting that I sign it; which I did not. Overall I am very unsatisfied with the way Marina Zon handled herself and her business. Clearly this facility does not have any SOLID procedures set in place for incidents.

I absolutely love this daycare Ms. Mariana the owner is so sweet and awesome and Ms. Kathy is so motherly and welcoming like an aunt I never knew I had. I forgot the other young lady’s name, but she always opens the door and is excited to see my son she greets him with hugs and love.it feels like I’m dropping my baby off to family not just a childcare provider.

I absolutely love my child attending this daycare, he always is happy in the morning’s to go & when I pick him up in the evening. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND?

I love my baby being here I feel safe and knowing he’s in a good place and being cared for while I’m at work. Ms Marina is so sweet and the other teachers as well. Really appreciate all the love and affection my boys get. The fact they are open to parents being involved is EVERYTHING! Everyone is super friendly. My boys started off not wanting to go and now they walk in own their own waving me good bye. ️️️

I love this daycare. They always attend to you and your child's needs. I feel comfortable because I know my son is in great hands for the day while I'm at work.
