Very expensive and Really bad managment they give you the more expensive treatments. Last year their dentist destroyed every single tooth she touched! Not recommend

If you hate going to the dentist, you have anxiety, or just simple fear as my family and I do. This is the place for you. Tell them, as I did (I’m the biggest chicken) they have so many options for you and your family to feel comfortable. The office is clean, the office staff is friendly, Erica is amazing with patients but honestly I don’t have a favorite person or Doctor they are all well versed and have the latest technology. I personally have seen Dr Ruiz, who is just the sweetest and most gentle Doctor I have ever had the pleasure to have provide services to me. Also I must mention Dr Marino who as of lately I have had the pleasure to be be doing implants with, this man is extremely knowledgeable, and professional His personality is a plus. In a nut shell. All of the employees at Bella family Dental as a team make for a great visit be it an Emergency Appointment or a routine visit. Theses guys are hard working good people that enjoy their jobs and are there to help you! Just an observation!

I can’t say enough of the great experience myself and my husband had at Bella. Everyone was extremely professional and very friendly. I personally get very nervous at any doctors office and they put you at ease and make you feel comfortable. My husband is in the process of implants and thus far the work has been great. Overall I highly recommend they have an awesome team!

I’ve had to have extensive dental work and had a lot of anxiety dealing with the process of getting it done. My experience with Dr. Diaz, who has been so amazing and comforting every time I have a visit has made the process so much better and has eased my anxiety. Dr. Diaz is such a kind, caring and patient dentist and I’m grateful to have her as my dentist. I’ve also had dental work with Dr. Garcia and Dr. Merino, who have also made my dental experience so much better. I’ve never experienced pain after procedures, and it has always been explained what each procedure is and why it is needed. Every time I walk through the front door I’m greeted with such kindness from the front office staff, and all the dental assistants and hygienists have been so patient and amazing with me.

I was referred to Bella Family Dental for a complex dental issue, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the initial consultation through the conclusion of my case, the entire office staff was extremely professional, kind, patient, and accommodating. In particular, Erica and Daime were extremely helpful throughout the process, and Dr. Merino and Dr. Diaz did a wonderful job on my teeth. Ive been a patient of Bella Family Dental for close to 10 years now. I’ve gotten everything under the sun done there: cleanings, braces, filings, you name it. Through it all, the Dentists and staff have always been very kind, informative, and above all - transparent.

Unfortunately, that was not the case on my recent visit. I went in for my bi-annual cleaning and had to get other work done on my teeth. Before agreeing to the services, I asked the manager for the full price of my visit should I get all of the services done. She told me a price I was willing and able to pay, and so I agreed to get the work done on my teeth.

Upon finishing my visit - I went to pay. The manager tried slapping on TWO extra costs that she hadn’t mentioned in the “full price” she gave me prior to getting everything done. Not only did she add a cost for a service that she failed to include in the first quote she gave me - but she also wanted to charge me for a cleaning that I got done TWO years ago. My insurance denied payment because Bella Family Dental failed to confirm my home address on my visit and they were submitting the claim with an incorrect home address. Instead of calling me to confirm my address and resubmit the claim to my insurance, they decided to let it sit for two years and tell me that I am now responsible for the costs. And she tried placing the blame on me for this error.

All in all, she was charging me almost $100 more than the quote she had given me before. And what’s worse, is that she didn’t even offer an apology or anything - even after I stated that I was not happy with the situation. I’m extremely disappointed with the managerial services at Bella. It’s sad to say that after coming here for so many years I have to consider whether or not I want to go back.

Dr. Gonzales is amazing. Really nice doctor. Very nice, very kind. I could tell patients satisfaction is their number one goal. All the staff are very professional in what they do. 10/10 for me

The dentist (Dr. Gonzalez) was very good and caring. It is a shame that the office staff, billing staff and their shady practices ruined the experience. They will collect a large amount of "estimated" expenses up front in order to book your treatments. Then, when your insurance reponds that you only owe pennies on the dollar in comparison to their "estimate" they will hold your money hostage and refuse to release it. Beware of any doctor who makes you pay large amounts of money up front. It is a shame they lost clients over a few hundred bucks.

Bella Dentist has the best service in town! The staff is super friendly and always interested in seeing what is best for the client. Dr. Yari and her entire team work hard to serve you better and they always succeed. There is no better dentist in town! Bella Dentist is the best!

Fantastic experience. From the second you walk in the door you immediately get the impression of cleanliness. All their equipment seems new, the assistants were great, the hygienist was very gentle and constantly made sure I was comfortable. Overall it was a great experience. I would highly recommend.
