Its always a bit nerve-wracking ordering internationally. This florist stepped up and did a "designer's choice" bouquet that was delivered within a few hours of ordering. My sister was thrilled, and they did a lovely job. No complaints here!

I called Bella Florals at 7: 45am and to my surprise the owner answered although they did not open until 9am. I frantically explained to her that I needed a spray for a casket by 9: 30am as another company took my order and last minute said they couldn’t deliver until 12, which was 2 hours too late for the burial. Bella Florals jumped into action to save the day and provided a beautiful spray for the casket. I was willing to take any spray given the time constraints but they ended up executing exactly what I was looking for. Extremely grateful for this small business with a big heart.

I recently ordered an orchid for my friend. While the orchid looked as described, it was missing a succulent that should have been in the vase (as well as lots of sand and only a couple of shells although it was pictured as the opposite). I gave the owner the benefit of the doubt by reaching out to them first. I got zero response. I don't normally review but this warranted since they are rated "number 1" in Marco Island. Not with that lack of response!

I went through at least 5 companies for different consultations and quotes and no one would listen to me and see my vision the way Denise did! Denise and her team are truly amazing and work with you to make your vision happen whether it’s a wedding or another special event! Having florals for my wedding was one of the most important things on my list and I never expected a florist to work with me the way her and her team did! We had numerous consultations, went over countless different pictures, narrowed things down, collaborated on different ideas changed things over time and her and her team truly made everything so beautiful! Her and her team will be honest with you regarding your florals and will make realistic suggestions and not just try to influence you that you need unnecessary florals like other companies. Denise and her team make you feel like you’ve known them forever which makes her and her business so much more personable! If you need a sign to pick a florist this is your sign! I would have given five stars if it weren't for the fact that I ordered an online Garden Bouquet (as pictured on their website) to be delivered on May 13th for my mom (I live in Ohio). Her flowers, while beautiful, weren't as pictured on their site, and were delivered a day early! The bouquet was beautiful, but bright and tropical, not soft pastels as expected. I called and spoke with (I think the owner) and they didn't realize the site doesn't present color options, so they chose what was delivered. They also assumed that I wanted them delivered early for my mom to enjoy longer. Trurh of the matter is it was because they were making another delivery to that building on a busy weekend (Mother's Day) that THEY decided to deliver them a day early. Thankfully my mom was in-town and not in-flight! The person I spoke with said they wouldn't have just left the flowers there if not home, but this then makes me believe the flowers would've been sitting for a day and not fresh, as they should be. I asked what if this was for a birthday or funeral? The response was it would've been delivered on the date requested. Why should this be different?

My wife and I were married on Marco Island and bella and Florals took care of our floral arrangements. They nailed it. We were happy with the results. They even helped us decorate our arch at the end of the aisle. Pretty cool they went through all the trouble. Would recommend for another wedding.
