Bella Napoli Pizzeria & Restaurant, Port Charlotte FL

The staff was rude and unattentive (in particular our blonde haired waitress). But the food was delicious. We went at 2pm.

Just ordered had the best customer service I’ve received from a pizza place, I’ve had there pizza before and it is Authentic and I’ve never given them are a review before but this was above and beyond my expectations “

Wow, what can I say. Excellent food, service and atmosphere.
We had hot Meatball and a Italian sandwiches.
And a couple of Cannolis with Chocolate chips on the ends.
Once we move here later this year this will be a "go to place" for us. We can't wait to try their Sicilian Pizza.

We had an absolutely wonderful dinner tonight. Our Cab Sauvignon was delicious, the shrimp Alfredo was incredible and the stromboli was made fresh to order. Great service, atmosphere and food! We will be back every time we return to Florida.

We ordered our usual large Nella Npole special with add garlic, (never know when a Vampire might be hanging out). This was the best pizza ordered we have had for them in awhile. It seems that more care was given to its construction cookingandc

We ordered take out from this restaurant. With the price, we thought it was going to be outstanding. We were very disappointed. The chicken parmesan, spaghetti, sauce, garlic rolls, and cheesecake were all very bland. The tiramisu and salad were the only tasty items. Total bad experience.

Bella Napoli was very disappointing today! We have gone there for years. They have raised their prices and charge way to much for lunch! A glass of house wine was $10.00 a glass: : : : one slice of pizza was $10: 00 with additional toppings! What a rip off! The pizza was so greasy and not worth the money! Will not be going there anymore!

Customer for 20 years. Hit and miss. 25% of the time, pizza is excellent. 50% average, 25% poor. No experience with pasta dishes.
Complained and returned pizza once. Manager was rude.

Went in for dinner tonight with my husband after reading great reviews but were very disappointed.

The front staff were unprofessional; gossiping, chewing gum with their mouths open, having personal conversations loud enough for guests to hear.

The food was okay BUT way overpriced.
Calamari app $12 (that was so overcooked it was rubber)
Husband ordered pizza $16, not bad
I ordered fettuccine alfredo $18 but added shrimp for $4 extra, typical. BUT they charged us $24 on the bill.
I asked for extra sauce on my pasta, they said no problem, didnt mention an up charge or anything. Then proceeded to charge me EIGHT DOLLARS for sauce!
That is absolutely ridiculous and we will never return

Great place for pizza. The large Calzones are so big that you will be asking for a box. The staff is always great and extremely friendly. It is a must stop every time I am in Port Charlotte area.

I was dissapointing at the size of the salad. The same for the pizza because it was baked until it burned the bottom crust. Also, the toppings were sparse. For the prices that are charged they need to up their game.

So wiped out from work, I couldn’t even make me a sammich. I ordered a medium Primavera to my hotel room. From the pictures I could tell this was going to be my style of pizza, thin crust, good sauce and plenty of fresh ricotta to compliment the spinach, eggplant, tomato and garlic. It would have been a five star pizza had the crust been just a little greasier. The medium was enough pizza for two hungry folks, maybe three with lighter appetites.

My family and I went here last night and had the most fantastic server. Francesco the food was out of this world! Highly recommend dining here!

Now that's Italian. Top service good food. While you are eating you see great plates of food being survived. You want to try everything.

We used reviews to draw us in. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful quality of food we received! My groupet waz perfectly cooked and the sauce was elegantly piquant and creamy. This was our first visit, but not our last. We will absolutely return for additional dinners and perhaps try the pizza.

Hadn't been here for years, why? I don't know. I had the BEST veal marsala! It included whole mushrooms, not pieces and the sauce was to die for. Joanne served it with friendliness and warmth that matched the atmosphere. And the focaccia-ohhhh. I will return soon. I apologize for no picture.

Food and service were both top notch. This is the place we would make our Friday night pizza joint if we were local.

Very good, exceptional flavor, nice quiet environment and pleasant atmosphere and courteous staff. Must visit!
