Great pizza, wings and knots!

Also, I placed a pickup order online, and I made a mistake. They confirmed when I got there and remade the pizza for me at no cost. Add great customer service to their already amazing food.

Bella Roma is a family owned pizzeria. When you order by phone its always ready when you go to pick up. Living in Saint Cloud for 20 years I can say that Bella Roma makes the best tasting most authentic pizza. The staff is very friendly when you to their store.

Best pizza ever. Totally wish they would open one in Kissimmee but when I'm in St cloud I have to stop in for a thin crust meat lovers with green olives. Love that they are not light with the toppings.

It seems like something changed with the pizza sauce (its really sweet now). Or maybe the dough/crust (very tough) - Bella Roma used to be our 'Go-To' pizza place in Saint Cloud, but since the change in ingredients (noticed it the last 2 or 3 times), the kids won't even eat it. It's a bummer because we love the staff and supporting local businesses - always very friendly. Is it just us, or did something change?

They are awesome! Always say 45 min and it is always in before. Pizza its really really good and Stromboli. I mean this is more than 5 star!

I used to order (phone) and the pizza quality is good for the area. So I decided to go online and they sent me to another location 16 miles away from my home. When I showed up in thr same location as always they’ve informed that. Asked if they could help me but no help at all. Drove 12 mins - 8mi more to get the pizza to drive back home 20 miles. Result, of course came cold. With the amount of gas spent, I could order 2 pizzas in another local place. Good pizza, bad service.

When I visit Fl I like Bella Roma Pizza. I order a Sicilian Pizza for the first time, and I didn't like that pizza wasn't the size of the box like the picture below how it should look like. I felt like I didn't get my money worth for $17 pizza, and I was shocked when I open the box and it was three quarters of a box. I ordered from here 2 weeks ago.
They completely messed up my ordered.
Manager said he would credit account. Called tonight to verify & place a new order. No credit!

Been going to this pizza place for over a decade. Some of the best pizza in town and their wings are delicious, crispy, and good size.

The pizza is sometimes good but the workers there clearer cannot handle the volume of customers they have. Everything I call I'm put on hold for a long time which would be fine if my pizza didn't get delivered messed up all the time onetime it wasn't even cut. Will not be going back.

Ordered a large pizza with mushrooms and onions around 2pm. Was told 20-25 minutes. Got there around 18 minutes. Got home only 5 blocks away. The pizza was cold, onions tasted like they were precut from a bag as well as the mushrooms. The sauce almost tasted like ketchup. I've been going there for over 8 years and I am very disappointed in the quality of the product. Will be taking my business elsewhere

My first time.and food was delicious! Mozzarella sticks are delicious. Garlic knots, ehhh need more garlic.reaaallyyyy goooood! I get a pick up and I love that I just come in and the guy just have my order ready to grab.definitely I'll be back!

I just went there for the first time and decided I was going to get the lasagna after I asked if there was meat in it and she said yes and I said a lot and she said actually yes and I am now home looking at this mess. It's like soup with the sauce and I barely see a piece of meat. Very disappointed will not be going back!

I am a NYC girl and it's hard to find good pizza but I found a winner in Bella. It's delicious, pleasantly surprise. I will definitely be ordering again. Great food

Had the spaghetti with meatsauce and a Philly steak and cheese. Great portions for thr spaghetti enough for 2 and the steak was amazing. Best I've had in St. Cloud and this was my first time there. Will definitely order again.

Pizza and service is usually very good from the Canoe Creek location. However, last week due to inclement weather, my order was forwarded to the other location. Understandably busy, restaurant advised order would be 1.5 hours. A status call was placed 2 hours after initial order with no delivery - was advised the order was never received "must not have been placed by mistake, please order again. " After explaining the charge of $40+ was already charged to my bank, was told no such order was shown and would not be charged; if charged, call back by Wednesday and money would be reimbursed. Pizza arrived roughly 3 hours after initial order and had to pay again, used cash. Friday and no reimbursement a call was placed to Brandon, who advised a completely different scenario and provided different direction on how to receive reimbursement. Was not agreeable or empathetic and insisted there was no charge. Now a dispute has to be opened with the bank to retrieve the double payment with no help from Brandon, who was frankly rude and should take on a different position with the shop where there is no interaction with the public. A little courtesy, understanding, and a follow up would have gone a long way instead of a rude, argumentative, and dismissive interaction. Would not recommend. Will see alternate restaurants and remove all patronage and good will.

If you’re looking to try something different from papa johns, dominos, Pizza Hut… this is definitely the place to go! Bella Roma pizza really makes amazing pizza every single time I’ve ordered from them and they have never messed up my order and the people by the register are very polite and kind and will definitely make you feel welcomed when you go to order your food!

Besides having the best pizza in town. Bella Roma goes above and beyond to make sure that their customers are felt special. This is my wifes favorite place.
