Bellalago by Taylor Morrison reviews
17Just found out they intend to build townhouses by are amenity center. Are amenities here in Bellalago are already strand, to accommodate are community, and many things need updated, and repaired. Yet no plans for this. They want to claim we have 2/3 pools, and two gyms, yet really the other pool, and gym are really in another community. The cable they offer is basic, and the WiFi signal here is awful! The traffic is terrible, so commutes are ridiculous. Security is a joke, house invasions, and speeding are serious issues here.
The developer is clear-cutting lots without regard to trees remaining. No listening to residents - if it was in the plans 20 years ago, they will use it to clear-cut. Be cautious about assuming the beauty will remain - it may be clear-cut the next day!
Just moved in a couple of weeks ago, and I am hearing that Taylor Morrison is planning on building a bunch of town houses. Not happy about it at all, instead of expanding the pool and clubhouse to accommodate the thousands of homeowners they choose to make more money.
So so so disappointed at the fact that Taylor Morrison will knocked down our beautiful Oak trees to built townhomes near the club house. Please sign the petition on Bellalago Facebook page.
As a home owner in the Bellalago community we just found out that Taylor Morrison is trying to build 112 townhomes which we didn’t know anything about until someone in our fb page mentioned it. This is completely unprofessional from Taylor Morrison part & is a major concern, this will destroy our wildlife, they are beautiful eagles that often visit and might have live there, overcrowd our amenities pool/gym. They are already long lines going through security. These townhouses will be close to our clubhouse and water front. Not to destroy conservation for profit. They never considered us home owners. Extremely disappointing.
Bellalago is a beautiful community and I have been proud to call it my home. The homes are not cookie cutter and the whole place feels like a pretty park. This park like atmosphere is now being threatened. This review is based on Taylor Morrison. They are planning to build townhomes in our single family home community. They plan to put them near our amenity center, taking down very old and Beautiful trees and destroying the habitat of much wildlife, including bald eagles. This is in spite of the fact that they just subdivided the property and build ugly townhouses on it. The area they want to build on would better serve the growing community by expanding the recreational facilities and leaving the large Oaks in place.
I recently purchased a home in the Bellalago community. After residing there for the last six months I have very mixed reviews. The amenities of the community are beautiful but not enough to suit the rising numbers of home owners. I often see cars at the front gate get in faster than a stickered residents vehicle. Now Taylor Morrison has apparently planned on building townhomes in our community surprising the residents. None of the residents had no idea this was happening. They are planning on taking down the beautiful trees and nature that sold a lot of us residents at Bellalago. Most residents do not have anything good to say about Taylor Morrison at this point. I would strongly do some research before buying in this Taylor Morrison community.
Great place, where you can enjoy the pool and the Jacuzzi listening to the music.
You can also make a reservation for Birthday party and you can use the kitchen for the whole day.they also have Gym classes and many many other events all the year.
It was really a great choice living in Bellalago.
VERY nice community. Looking safety THIS would be the place. VERY quiet. Has a fitness center and SWIMMING pool.
Realtors and others are turn away if they do not have the proper ID to enter community making this a safe community to live in.
Bellalago is a beautiful community with awesome amenities too. You will be living in a resort style community and will enjoy every second of it.
Saw the show homes, which, are at the rear of Bellalago by the lake. Beautiful setting, the homes are spacious and absolutely stunning.
Beautiful Community just security needs to get updated software to provide better service for guests otherwise it is a nightmare getting through security
Very nice and a very resnable price but i am woreyd a baut the roads to twon since ther is no free way or a magor hi way there.
If you buy a new home in here consider that the community does not allow access to Realtors. So good luck selling it or leasing it. I am a realtor and tried to show this property yesterday. Myself and other Realtors were turned away trying to show rentals
Seems to be a very good build quality, priced well, and with the options available that buyers demand.
Do NOT buy a house built by Royal Oak Homes. Less than three months after moving into a BRAND NEW house, the hot water in my master bedroom stopped working. The earliest appointment they had to come and even look into the issue, let alone fix it, was two and a half weeks away. They are building such garbage homes that the warranty department can't even keep up with fixing the things going wrong with the homes.
