Belle Parc RV Resort, Brooksville FL

Our site was best yet.super view of lake, wild life, and walking distance to facilities. Also very friendly people.

I wanted to share my recent long term stay at Belle Parc RV Resort in the hope that my feedback can contribute to the improvement of the overall guest experience.

My time at the resort was marred by various issues, primarily stemming from what I perceived as ineffective management.

The lack of coordination and responsiveness to concerns left a lasting negative impression.

Additionally, the scheduled activities were poorly executed, and maintenance seemed subpar, diminishing the overall quality of my stay.

I believe constructive feedback is crucial for any business to thrive, and I hope that my observations can contribute to positive changes at Belle Parc RV Resort for it has all the potential but falling far short of the resort experience.

Beautiful RV park located in Brooksville, FL. Concrete sites & have pull thru are available. Staff is helpful & friendly.

My daughter and I stayed here while waiting for our new house to have its closing. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We needed to extend our stay and they were very accommodating!

Beautiful location with manicure landscape. Amazingly beautiful large pool with jacuzzi. Great crew and customer service. If you're looking for a clean peaceful and well located Resort this is it.

This is a 55+ rv park. It is nice but imho not worth the $95 asking price for an overnight stay in an rv. Our pull through was listed as Premium. The picnic table was weathered. The site was concrete (good) but both the front and back were slanted, diminishing the actual space flat for our 40 ft coach.
They require pictures of all sides of your coach if it is older than 10 years. They require your drivers license; apparently to be able to document their 55+ status (?). They enumerate many potential extra charges as for a 3rd person. They do not pick up garbage but have dumpsters. The entrance requires a tight right turn which then, after checking in, requires you to drive a loop right back out from that turn and then make another right turn to get to the vast majority of sites.
Water, sewer & electric were fine. With our 20+ years of rving, this was the most complicated process of obtaining our site. Much seemed overdone. The rvs were a mixture of most types, not all Class A relatively new units.

Belle Parc RV resort is quite beautiful. The park staff are professional and courteous. The RV sites have double wide concrete pads. The pool is very nice with interlock stone surrounding that are non-slip with wet feet. The activity centre is nice. The office has well documented information on the many activities and places to go from this location. We're on their wait list and hoping they have a site for us next winter.

Made reservations, and there was a communication breakdown. We scheduled for January and we were booked for Feb. Complete communication mix up, but they still charged us a $67.00 cancellation fee, even though they had over a months notice and there was a mix up on the dates.
Not real impressed with their customer service. I would stay away, if this is how they treat customers.
I would have put zero stars if it was an option!

I called here to try to book 4 months for the middle of November 2023 til middle of February 2024. The lady on the phone told me she would put me on a list and let me know in October of 2023 if I could have a site for 4 months starting in November. How would ever be able to schedule anything else at that point. Looks like a nice facility. I wanted to visit it tomorrow because we are a 1/2 hour away. WHY?
Can you tell me that is your response? Now I understand why you can't book anything until a few weeks ahead! REALLY!

Beautiful place great sites just wish management would fullfill their promises to the residents. Still after 6 years management has not fulfilled promises, 2023.

Took a 80 mile 1 way trip to check out this park. Was not disappointed. Friendly staff, nice feeling park, close to lots of stuff. Will definitely try to book here for next winter.

This is one of the cleanest most efficient run RV park I have stayed in. The staff are kind and informative and answer all the questions you may have. The rules they have in place are for Everyone's enjoyment and to have a comfortable good stay at their facility. It is centrally located to most everything you could need.

BELLE PARC IS A BEAUTIFUL RV RESORT. IT HAS ALL THE AMENITIES YOU WOULD NEED. THE RESORT IS BEAUTIFULLY MAINTAINED. I WILL GO BACK!
