We had 2 tall palm trees that were diseased and dead. Called Bob for removal. He was very responsive and had the trees removed in a week. He and his crew were very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. His price was very fair. I would highly recommend.

Bellair Palms and specifically Bob was very helpful when we stopped in looking for a Christmas Palm. He stopped what he was doing explained the difference between the palms we were looking at and showed us numerous options. Such a kind personable gentleman taking his time to explain everything to these new Floridians!

When we bought our house there was a palm tree in the front yard. Not knowing much about Palm trees I asked an "expert" if his company would want to remove and/or purchase the Palm tree as I had no need for it and wasn't even sure what kind it was.

The reply I received from the company was short, and inconsiderate. In business you would think you always want to present yourself in a positive light and put your best foot forward but all I was shown was disrespect and arrogance because I was told "you have a queen palm, cut it down. " I understand the option of not wanting to buy the palm but if I wanted to cut it down myself or even had the equipment to do so one would think there wouldn't be a need to reach out to a company. I'm no one special but best believe if this is how I was treated other people with contact us style questions that don't rise to the level of a big sale for this company will be belittled as I was. What a shame.
