Please don't take your fur babies here the staff is atrocious and rude. The front desk man was argumentative after I explained that twice I was told the wrong walk in times and that my dog was collapsing periodically and needed to see the vet and I would esit as long as takes. They suggested I take it to emergency.like I have that kind of money! Amanda whom I assume is a manager was called upon who heard his entire demeanor and tone didn't apologize and just sent me on my way! They care about money not animals there place looks dirty and I would never in all my years working in the health care field would I ever treat a person the way I was treated. I'd give it 0 stars if possible!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I paid 455$ for them to basically tell me they don’t know what’s wrong with my dog. We had Gina as our vet tech and she needs to work on her people skills, she’s very rude. Would recommend driving the 25 mins to magnolia animal hospital vs this place.

EDIT: I ended up taking my dog to UF animal hospital where they found multiple foreign objects in my dog, belleview told me “they suppose there’s a foreign object in her stomach” I paid 455$ for a supposably answer and some meds that she didn’t even need!:) anyways my dog had surgery for a fraction of the price this horrible place offered.

Everyone at Belleview Vet is amazing. We’ve been taking all of our furbabies to them for many years and they’ve always taken the best care of them! Everything from monthly meds, to yearly checkups and vaccines, to emergency situations has always been handled great! They’re kind, caring and compassionate. They make sure to inform you of everything going on and help you to create a care plan for your furbabies! If I could give more stars, I absolutely would. You won’t find a better clinic in Marion county for your animals needs.

From the time we called to the day we received treatment for our sweet Diva was just amazing. Of course emergencies are never easy or planned. But it was nice to be able to be a walk-in and get seen the same day. No where else really offers this service. Plus they are able to do all the testing on the spot, so no waiting for lab results. The prices are affordable, the doctors, and the staff all were knowledgeable and provided us with the comfort and care we needed.

This vets office is great. They truly are all animal lovers. The front desk is always very nice, they explain everything very well as well as the vet technicians. I highly recommend this vets office.

Went there for a urgent check up for my dog they did fit me in but sat in my car for 2 and half hours for them to fit me in and pay a extra $55 which was no issue with me. Once they finally came to check out my dog who is a 11! Year old timid dog all around very nice not aggressive at all. Came in cause she was attacked by another dog and had face and neck wounds and staff was very rough with my dog chocked and impatiently pulled my dog to the back room tried to calm her but they were just rushing and had no patients with my animal who has face and neck injury’s. When bringing her to the back my animal came back shaking like a leaf and panting heavily and gagging from choke leash they used on her mined she is 35 pound mixed cur not a 75 pound german shepherd. Gina was my nurse some of the other nurses seemed nice and paitent.but she was very short and rough with my animal. My animal was terrified of her. Gave me my bill and I was on my way never seen the doctor more then 2 min and didn’t answer multiple questions that I had… if you looking for bang for your buck vet here it is.horrible service and treatment to my animal.also see they board here also hope someone’s fur baby’s don’t get treated the same way my dog did…. First and last time using them and same goes for the person who referred me. Cause they don’t actually go in with there animals just drop them off

I took my dog, Shultz for an exam for a dental cleaning and possible extraction. I was so impressed by the staff and facility! The staff were all friendly and efficient. Their pricing is more than reasonable. I'm so excited to have found them! I've already referred them to friends. A big 5 star to Belleview vets and staff!

Doctors are good as well as male receptionist that sits outside all day but staff is completely incompetent. They can not read, listen or understand anything or any kind of direction from anyone including each other. Also plan on sitting in your car for over an hour no matter if you are the only customer or even the first customer of the day, you sit in your car because they are still going by covid rules.
Overall lacking management, competence and caring of animals by staff.
I don't usually leave reviews but having visited 2 other vets in the area recently the difference in care is unbelievable. I will be changing vets, it's definitely worth paying 10% more for better care and not having to wait 1- 2 hours in your care every time you go to the vet.

Today we had our puppy in to see Dr. Erwin. So impressed with his expertise, the facility, the staff. We are snowbirds from WA state and asked for a referral from Uey’s Chihuahuas since LaBamba is our new baby. We have loved our Chi’s for decades and thought we would get a good referral ️. We scored with that referral as he turns out to be an equine enthusiast and Chihuahua lover of “ untold” numbers of his own. So happy after visit to UF ER a week ago was unsatisfactory.

Well I have had my animals under the care of this vet and I have come to the conclusion that cara and staff are very uncaring and are only about the money. When your animals come down sick they can’t schedule you in without hitting you for extra money. I had to be placed as a walk in and waited almost 2 hours so they can whack me for an extra $55. Needless to say I returned home with my sick animal. Don’t go to this office expecting any sort of caring!

Horrible customer service. Rude. Refused to allow my 3 year old child into the appointment with me siting a “policy” of only one person allowed in the exam room.

Doctors, Amanda and all of the staff are always working so hard to care for our fur babies! We appreciate you everyday and after 20+ years we couldn’t ask for any better love and care for all of our animals! Thank you all so much! ️

They were so helpful and caring when I took my dog Hyde to help him with his skin issues. They knew exactly how to treat him and get him feeling better.

This is from Sue Lloyd. A week ago I dropped off my dog Joey and picked him up at 1. My fist time there. Never spoke or saw the vet. Joey was there because he’s limping. Xrays, shots and meds came to little over $800.00. I asked Amanda, Practice Manager to please have vet call me. She was rude to me when I came in to pick up Joey. I have not heard from anyone there and I have concerns and questions regarding Joey. The tech said possibility he could lose his leg. I’m very disappointed and greatly concerned.update: I received a call from the office I have an appointment with the doctor on Monday, August 15. It’s not an issue with the money I thought they were very reasonable. They come highly recommended.

They took really good care of my Shih-tzu puppy Violet! I can tell the staff all cares about my animal as a beloved pet that she is! I had a bad experience at two other veterinarians prior to bringing her here and am very happy with the care I received.

They take great care of my girl when I take her there. My pup is 6 months old now and on all the visits here- she would be sooo excited to go back. Not scared of the vet like I have seen with past animals.

I see a lot of reviews complaining about the setup- I personally love it. We stay in our AC car, and then they come and grab her when it’s her turn. I have been in waiting rooms at doctors offices and it’s so stuffy- then add animas on top of that. Probably much easier to keep all the different animals separate and with their owner.

Belleview Animal hospital is great with all 6 of my dogs. We've Been going there for 8 years staff is very caring remember us everytime we come in by name will even ask about other pets at home. The drs are phenomenal. I rescued a puppy that was very very sick and tossed from a vechile at approximately 2 weeks of age. Spent what seemed like almost everyday there for 9 weeks and they were honest they explained in detail what this puppy was going through what to expect and because of theres and my dedication my little Bailey survived. They never once tried to over charge in fact they were extremely good to us an what this puppy was going through. They cared!
