Norma and Julissa are very kind people. They treated me very good and they have great customers service.

I had an amazing experience when I went to visit Belleza apartments for a Christmas event. I didn’t have the opportunity to give my review before, but Belleza Apartments it’s more than what you think. From manager, leasing and maintenance they make a great team.

Norma and Julissa are amazing and truly know what they are doing. Despite not qualifying they helped me through the process and deserve this review.

Norma and the staff at Belleza apartment are amazing! They ensure that they work every way to get you approved. They are professional and caring when helping you find the home for your family.

Norma is exceptional. She is caring and very professional when it comes to her work. So please when you come to her know you are in good hands.

The pool is beautiful but I think if the only thing that looks and works but DO NOT MOVE HERE! First, we received the apartment with holes and a really bad painting (PLEASE TAKE PICTURE HOW YOU RECEIVE THE PROPERTY SO YOU ALWAYS HAVE PROOF) and the toilet never worked properly; when we requested the maintenance they never let you know when they were coming and when they came we were always sleeping (because we work night shifts) and they just closed the case all the time. Also, FORGET ABOUT YOUR DEPOSIT. We left the department in good conditions and the same painting as we got it (my mistake was not taking pictures) but they just not gave us the deposit back, they also charged another damages (the painting). So I just not lost the deposit I also lost 250$. Where I asked for pictures about where I was supposed to repaint they weren’t able to send them to me and they told me that I have to go there to see it (I have life and things to do so I can not go) so for my mental peace I just paid it. But please be careful when you move in because it is not safe in there, someone broke my neighbors car to open it and my other neighbors always had bumps and scratches in his car because people hitting it and in my car someone tried to open my trunk but they were not able, so now I have my trunk door handle broken. Also, at night you may see people drunk walking around, my ring recorded one person high getting too close to my apartment and my neighbor’s apartment (video below). Finally, if you move out you have to pay someone to change the carpet, clean the house, and paint the house and finally provide receipts for all of that (even though you will not get you deposit back because the same happen with the people that used to live there) and you will never find parking. So if you can handle all of that move in.

We were a little confusion filling out the application but Norma was very nice and she helped us every step of the way till it was complete. When we went to tour the apartment she was very pleasant and informal. We are Super excited and can’t wait to move into our apartment! Thank you for all of your help!

Been trying to get ahold of the staff here for the past week to no avail. They simply do NOT pickup the phone, or respond to emails. My roommates and I have all called them several times at different times of the day and have sent emails and haven't heard anything whatsoever. We payed the application fees, paid the deposit, sent in all the information and paperwork they requested. They said we would here back from them in 24 hours. No a person has contacted us since and we can't even get in contact with them at all. Completely ghosted us, took our money and ceased contact with us.
