Horrible manager! Very rude and never willing to help unless your are interested in buying a super over priced bike. Don’t waist your money at this store and don’t listen to the management lies just to sell you expensive things. Good luck fam

Called this shop a few months ago to ask whether or not they did tire changes for electric Scooters. I specified that they were tubeless and I would have also brought in my own tires.

They then told me the repair was no problem and to bring the scooter in.

Note that is was 3 month since this call and I'm aware the staff may have changed since then. When I brought my scooter in, I was told that they don't do tubeless tires at all by a rather dismissive and rude employee.

He first of all said the inner anti-punchure gel in my replacement tubeless tire would "melt", then brought out a solid tire, told me it would cost 100 dollars and rudely walked away before I could respond.

I have no idea what his tactic was besides leaving me to weigh my options and spend more money. But I'd say that the experience left me with a sour taste and I regret not calling the shop beforehand.

Honestly I'm more upset that this so called "expert" intended to give misinformation about a tire that was made and tested for my brand of scooter. ALL before briskly trying to con me into spending more money. Pretty bad way to make make business if you ask me.

Long story short, call before going here. And don't be bamboozled into spending more than you should or would have.

I highly recommend Bell’s Bicycles! They‘re efficient & easy to work with.

My story is that I stopped using my Huffy mountain bike a couple of years ago. I tried to keep it in good shape by covering it with a large tarp sitting in my backyard. Just recently I decided to use my bike again, but noticed the tires needed air & the gears & chain wasn’t working properly. It was time for a tune-up. So I took it straight to Bell’s Bicycle shop. And they did their job within 2 days. But, there was just one more problem with my back tire deflating. I returned the bike that same day & they replaced the rear tire’s inner tube - at no extra cost!
