I am a disabled veteran. Beware of the untold truth and deliberately sabotaging your case. I told them SSDI they still put me as regular social security. I was denied due to too many assets.

These people really care and are helping me get my son his disability. Making it so easy to understand. Thank you

I fought for 6 years prior to me coming back to Delaware when I lived in Florida he helped me get my disability check I would recommend him t any and everyone

The only thing I can say is that they organized the paperwork and asked the correct questions at the hearing. They rarely return phone calls and rarely return emails. They don't have any sense of urgency. Before you sign with them you get an immediate response. After you sign, good luck getting any answers. Luckily I contacted my Senator and his office was able to get things moving quickly. DON'T count on Bell or his employees to go above or beyond. They will only provide a minimal amount of effort. I have been waiting for them to complete 1 paper for 9 months now to get them paid and to release the remaining funds to me. I had the senator inquire about the delay with Social Security. Their reply was that they notified Bell 9 months ago and 5 months ago that they needed to finish the submission for payment. Because of their lack of attention to this a part of my funds are held up.
My personal opinion is thst your case approval will depend on your disability and not on any effort on their part. They do nothing outstanding or above any other firm. In fact I believe they have too many cases per person and that's why you don't get responses from the workers.
Very disappointed with Bell and associates. I suggest trying to find someone with less cases per worker. If you do use them, get used to leaving unreturned voicemails. ALSO THEY WILL NOT KEEP YOU UPDATED! You will need to periodically call, I suggest talking with the receptionist. She is the one bright star in all of their offices.

Not very impressed with the service or concern of there clients. Your just another number to them. I'm ready to give up on getting help, thanks alot!: (

Very helpful the 1st time around. Go elsewhere for any recertification/appeals or be charged $2500 up front, regardless of pending case Decision

Its been 3 long years! Seems that they are to busy to keep in contact with me! I heard they really reputable law firm. I hope I am proven wrong! Im so sad about this. Especially when I see other people getting approved. I had a dang stoke.please show me differently

First off all, my counselor referred me to these people.
I was emailed an appointment time that wasn't correct. I went there at the specified date and time per the email only to be told your appointment is tomorrow. I came back the next day at the time I was told, I was checked in that day, I was called back to the office a short time later, only to tell me I was not eligible for any type of disability.
I said, you mean I wasted my time for the second day? The case worker replied, I tried to call you several times,
I replied, that's odd, what number did you call? She couldn't give me answer.
I then asked if I could speak to one of the attorneys, she said kind of unaporopitly, they aren't attorneys. I said what do you mean? She said the practice is only used as disability consultants.
I would not endorse this office.

Took my case right away. I was having a panic attack on the day I called. The lady on the phone immediately calmed me down.

Im not working with the Bells personally but the manager that is handling my case is very professional, kind, she returns phone calls in a timely manner. The respect and the quick responses are a huge plus for me.

At first I gave this place 5 stars but then I turned around and got a letter of trying to charge my fees after they charge Social Security office not one time but twice I know I'm just like run do not go to this place
