BELTONE HEARING AID SERVICE, Naples FL

I had a very good experience with Beltone Naples. Jake was my tech and did a great job. You can tell when you talk to someone like Jake that he has your best interest at heart. If i still was in business i would have tried to Recruit him. The performance of the beltone hearing aids were superior to my previous Jabra hearing aids. I recommend Beltone Naples.

I knew I needed hearing help so I inquired to 3 services. All three testing were the same. ONLY Belton had me try on a pair but also had my wife attend our first meeting so as to hear her voice with the device.
Exceptional help during transition to my devices. I always felt Jake Broy, my tech, always had my well-being as his priority.

I went to Beltone on Vanderbilt and met with Jake. I had several problems, but Jake speedily (and with lots of smiles) took care of all of them. One of my most pleasant visits with Beltone. Jake is not only knowledgeable but makes the customer feel uplifted.

Jake was very personable and thorough. He performed the tests in a professional manner. When he presented the results there was no sales pressure. In general it was a pleasant experience.

I had a problem with one of my hearing aids. With only 10 minutes notice I was given an appointment at the Beltone Store closest to me at the time, not my regular store.
I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival which was actually after closing time.

The problem was expertly resolved and I was on my way. Even though the hearing instrument specialist in the office manager were staying after hours, they bid me a fond goodbye with a smile. I was reminded that they were there for service and I caused them no inconvenience. However, I know I caused them personal inconvenience.

Any other provider would rightfully have told me to come back on another day. I must admit. Customer service is a strong pillar of Beltone. I highly recommend them for their hearing instruments, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service

Both my wife and I visited today and was seen Jake who did a great job explaining everything to us. When I'm ready WE will be back

I would have been more pleased if Jauvier was anle to give me a trial pair of HA’s immediately- they should have a sample JA in the office at all times. When i got a trial with Phonak they had them im the office
