My overall experience was a pleasant one which exceeded my expectations. Ben conducts himself in a professional manner which sets him apart from many massage options that are around Pensacola. First of all, Ben is an incredible healer! I came in seeking to find relief from the tension in my hips and left with such flexibility that I was shocked at how fast it released. Mind you, I had been stretching on my own for weeks with no luck at alleviating the pain. So for me, it was a blessing to find someone who could restore my mobility in that area.

I must admit, I do sometimes have trouble relaxing. However, Ben created such a pleasant and comfortable space for me that I fell into the experience openly. The soundscape and the aromas all played an integral part in my healing session with Ben.

Please go see Ben for a massage. I wasn't sure what to expect my first time and I was pleasantly surprised. Ben was extremely respectful, ensuring I was comfortable on the table and with his hand pressure. He was able to release the tension I had in my neck and shoulders and also alleviate my sciatic pain. I will be returning!
