Ben & Jerry’s, Sarasota FL

Got my son some ice cream, then had to wait for them to serve ten more people before I could pay. Even then I had to beg to pay.

I was visiting with my family and me my brother and my cousin decided to try an ice cream place after dinner. Aside from the amazing ice cream, the one part of this trip I will never forget is an amazing worker named David F. We went every night just to see him and quickly bonded.at the end of our one week trip we told him we were leaving so he said see you all in a year and gave our whole family a gift bag including a long hand written note. If you have any authority at Ben and Jerry's, please recognize this mans hard work and kindness. 10/10

We needed a little more time to pick out the flavors. The girl was very impatient. After we picked out our flavor, she didn't listen to us at all and gave us the wrong flavor. Of course you can't take it back, which is correct, but she just gave us another scoop with the right flavor and charged us, even though we didn't want it anymore. Prices are also quite expensive, unlike a normal ice cream shop.
All in all, pretty disappointing.

Perfect spot for the ice cream obsessed. They are generous with the taste tests, generous with the scoops, the tables are relatively clean considering there are children running around and eating ice cream, and the flavors available are delicious.

The ice cream itself is delicious and very flavorful. It was nice to sit inside while cool music was playing. The only thing is I paid 10 dollars for a small ice cream inside a cone, so it’s not the cheapest.

An evil company that virtue signals like the best of them. I would never allow their rotten ice cream in my house.

My family has supported this product for years. I have just now learned that Ben & Jerry's is actively boycotting the sale of their product in Israel the land historically inhabited by God's chosen people "Israel". My family will now boycott Ben & Jerry's and we will be urging everyone that we can to do the same. Please join us in sharing this. God has said: I will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel. I have no hatred for Ben & Jerry's and wish them no harm, but unfortunately this will not end well for them unless they repent.

Good ice cream, fun location but way to pricey. I could go to Publix and get way more ice cream for my money LOL! Guess it’s the experience that makes it so expensive. Staff is always nice, but always talking a million miles an hour and seems very overwhelmed. This place is busy ever night but the line moves fast.

Breyers had been my favorite ice cream for 50 years. Then I tried Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie!
The best I've had in my life. I spent
$5.99 for each pint. The fudge brownie is like a chocolate cookie now not fudge brownies. I was very disappointed.

Hadn't visited a Ben and Jerry's in years prior to St. Armand's location. Servers very polite and courteous. Made several flavor suggestions as alternative to what I sought. The pineapple ice cream excellent! Better than I expected and enjoyed the store decor too.

We came in here to have a some cold ice cream to cool us down. I'm a huge chocolate and peanut butter lover and I tried this one called The Tonight Dough which had chocolate dough and peanut butter dough. It was delicious. I should've gotten a kid's size. A small size was a bit too much for me. The ice cream workers seemed nice.

I don’t know if she was in a bad mood or not but one of the girls that took my order was straight rude. I did my best to keep cool and just be nice to her.

My favorite place to get ice cream at St Armands Circle. Always good service. A little pricey though (I would get kid scoops of ice cream). They are very covid and environment conscious which I appreciate.

We are frequent Ben & Jerry's customers in this St. Armond's creamery for over 10 years. We miss the oversized B&J cow sculpture I'm the lobby. Please being her back!

Both people were extremely rude pushing people through the lines like cattle. The extreme liberal worker wouldn’t let me print the receipt either. The cardboard straws that you are trying to save the world with don’t work either. TRUMP 2020!

Love our day visit to Armand circle. This place is outstanding. I have not had ice cream for while. They are a great selection. It was perfect for a very hot day. They are doing social distancing and you must wear a mask.

A bit overpriced. Not the most pleasant staff. However, the waffle cones were pretty good.
