I went in today to get a cake for a special occasion, fortunately I got lucky and they had a cake that worked even though I didn’t order ahead and it was last minute. The lady working was so helpful, she went above and beyond. Saved the day. I’d give more stars if I could.

Decent location, staff was nice and the ice cream here is good as well. Don’t hesitate to try any new flavors as samples.

Terrible experience, what a bad service the person who was dispatching made us wait while he answered a personal phone call and then he attended us in a bad tone

The employee was rude wen I asked her for extra toppings even though am ready to pay for it. She behaved like am a non eligible person for an ice cream. Her look is so cheap. Very bad customer service and quality n quantity not worth of pay

We ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday. Got a confirmation email. Show up on the day of the birthday to pickup the cake and they don't have it. They said they did not get the order and they will call to confirm the order when they get them. This was our 1st time ordering and nowhere did it say we would get a confirmation call. We showed her the email confirmation and was told that happens sometimes. Didn't get an apology, no offer of anything to help or make it up. They just don't care. Look at other reviews I given on Google and at this time of the 142 reviews I have never given a 1 star review until now.

Of course the ice cream tastes good, but the prices are too high given the size of the servings.

Your employee working 9/4 at 4: 00pm was rude. I asked her for a large. She asked if i wanted 2 flavors or just 1 i said oh let me have 2. She proceeded to serve me when she was handing me the large cup i said. Can i have a lid then she rolled her eyes as if i was wrong for asking. So i laughed and asked her am i annoying you and she said yes. I said how come and she didn’t answer. I’m someone that’s not gon to react in person cause maybe she having a hard day. But i literally walked to my car processing what i had done to annoying her when the only interaction and words we had was what i stated above. As a manager of 40 employees u wouldn’t tolerate that in my business establishment. I hope that she fixes her attitude and treats the next with respect.

When I was here I tried their main icecream flavors and they do not even compare to Häagen-Dazs. Also I do not support their soloing out of israel as if there arent bad people doing bad things in all countries with their poor logic. They should not sell in any country with that logic. Soloing out Israel is clearly antisemitism.

I had the best experience of my life coming into this place. I’m normally an ice cream guy but coming in here with my nephew, the way we were treated and how everything tasted was just off the charts. A no doubter 5 stars and highly recommended for everyone who wants to eat the best Ice cream ever!

I was so excited to come in and get my cookie cookie sundae that comes with 2 cookies, ice cream, whip cream and topping and let me tell you the worst experience of my life the cookie was as hard as rock. I asked for them to be warm up like I always get it but according to the employee it takes too long to put in the oven. Ok? Too long for who? Me or the employee? I had to dig my wooden spoon just to break the cookie in half. The employee also tried cutting one cookie in half and just giving it to me like that. Had to remind her that it comes with two. I can break the wooden spoon easier than the cookie. Overall terrible experience. Sucks that this nearby location is not worth the drive.

Wanted $5.00 for one tiny, and I MEAN TINY! Scoop of ice cream.will not go back to this store. The owner should be ashamed of themselves
