Careful work with highly professional and nice team. Did two jobs ; based on interior work, I asked they paint my entire exterior.

They mixed “construction dust” with the condensation of the AC and suffocated the air conditioning unit. They ruined a $7500 AC unit.

Then they allowed the construction dust to circulate through the vents, causing unsafe respiratory conditions.

I shopped five different painters from little mom and pop guys to be huge companies these guys not only had the best quote but we’re available sooner and did an amazing job.

Benchmark installed and painted baseboard molding in four newly-tiled rooms. They did a great job. Professional, no nonsense. I will hire them again if / when we have a painting job for them. Not the cheapest quote, but not the most expensive either. Overall, these guys were pros who finished quickly and neatly.

We had used them before excellent service and very polite employees. Clean on time and wonderful job.

I met with Doug back in December 2020 he was professional to a point. He took measurements I showed him the tiles and fixtures for my Master Bathroom that I had purchased. He said
that’s great. He asked me when would I like the project to start and that he would send me a quote by the end of February.well mind you i’m still waiting. He gave me his business card and specifically said that he answers ALL of his calls.still waiting. I will be using a different company. Communication is a must and this company dropped the ball: - (. By the way I plan on redoing my kitchen.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of contractors lately and nobody is following through or even calling back but the benchmark team is always so reliable since the first time I worked with them 3 years ago. Benchmark redid the trim for four of my doors, painted the trim, and put travertine down in front of the threshold after I had another company install new doors. They did a beautiful job.
