I'm very satisfied with the service that the aesthie Lorena provides at this specific location (Macys in Pembroke Pines). Lorena is friendly, professional and provides excellent customer service. She listens to your needs and have great skills. Her attention to detail is on point and she never disappoints me. I'm very picky when it comes to my eyebrows and Lorena delivers good results and the service area is always clean. Also, I enjoy collecting the Pink Perks for free upgrades and services.
