Great food & all Benihanas i've gone to are wonderful & entertaining. My first visit here was to celebrate my birthday & with a couple celebrating their aniversary.all night tables were getting sung happy birthday (#scorpioszn), literally 5 tables, except for mine. Didn't mind too much because the effort went down after the 4 song, so i didn't want to force them to strain here voices. I felt bad for the couple now have a special entertainment, but what really hurt was hearing another cook shout "happy anniversary" & our cook didn't acknowledge the occasion at all.

Visited for my wife’s birthday and to say it was disappointing is an understatement. The service was slow to say the least and I had to go get my own glasses, twice. The shrimp appetizer were not de-deveined and chef didn’t notice until we told him, we ordered the steak and lobster and shared a piece with our son, all of us that had lobster were I’ll next day. This was by far the worst Benihana we have ever visited.

The attention to detail Benihana Chef Gregory gave each meal surpassed any Benihana experience I’ve had in the last 30 years!

Just had dinner tonight before heading back to PA. Our waitress (ironically enough) was from the town over where we live in PA! The experience was great! The food was great and the service was great! Allentown (Easton PA) in the house! Thank you for a good night out.

Made reservations for 2: 45p here it is 3: 15p still not seated this location is the worse Benihanas has to offer. Will stick to Coral Springs or Miami Beach from now on… PITIFUL from receptionist to management!

Food is as expected, for this chain, but the place is a bit too noisy and crammed for my liking. I small group of friends and I went on a Monday evening and it was full house, packed to the max! We're all vaxed, but we are still mindful of the pandemic and not wanting to catch the virus. There was no six feet of separation. The loud and neighboring table is right on top of you. You would think with Covid-19 that they would have had every other table open, but this is Flori-duh and the problem comes from way up in Tallahassee!

I haven't been to a Benihana restaurant since around 2005. Our visit to this Benihana was a birthday gathering. I don't know why it took so long for our return? Definitely this restaurant is on our be back list. The restaurant is on the intracoastal. Great views of boat activity from all tables. The service was great. The servers had great attitudes and sense of humor. The Chef provided us with a great tasty meal and entrainment during the cooking process.

Thus far the worst service I received in my life. The entire staff is unprofessional. The wait time at this restaurant is ridiculous! I made reservations to enjoy my son birthday at 9pm. I arrived at 8: 20 to check in if not before. My party arrived 8: 42. I let the host know we’re ready. We weren’t seated until 9: 20. We sat at the table with no acknowledgement. We received drinks and soup at 10: 19.10: 49 still no chef. I spoke to both manger and they didn’t have any hospitality. In fact one of the mangers got so rude with one of my guest and said we can leave it’s nothing he could do. Yet everyone you came after us was being served. The really ruined my sons 11 birthday. I had four kids that was so hungry they left and sat outside waiting. And to still leave without eating blows my mind I can’t believe those managers

What a great place to eat.and have it prepared right in front of you.grilled to your specifications!
For those with food allergies, they determine to make you happy!
The food is incredible and you have so many choices! Ask for Chef Tony to prepare it.he is fun and a great chef! It's a bit pricey.but worth every penny! It is our favorite Benihana!

I AM SO GRATEFUL TO GOD FOR MY EXPERIENCING BENIHANA, THE 5 STAR CHEFT IS NAMED NELLY THERE SHE IS EXTRAORDINARY SHE MADE OUR DINING AND BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION BEAUTIFUL AND FOOD DELICIOUS, CHEFT NELLY I NEVER SEEN EXPERTISE THAT GREAT IN A CHEFT. GOD BLESS BENIHANA AND STAFF ALWAYS

Obviously the food and hibachi chefs are great. The customer service is not.

Also ordering take out is always a problem. They say it's going to be ready like 30 minutes before it actually is ready. So you end up waiting a very long time to get your food. This is especially true if you order Uber Eats. Drivers will cancel because they are waiting too long. Because Benihana can't manage expectations of when things should be ready. Can someone look into this?

This location needs to improve on their customer service skills. Once we came into the door. There were three people at the desk. No one spoke to us. They just looked at us, no smile no nothing. Once we was seated. I notice employees standing around socializing, on personal calls. Our server was awesome and the cook was excellent. That is the only reason I gave a 3 star.

This location use to be great now it’s crowded an service is not good the chefs are not good either once upon a time was great

We‘ve had a reservation for 8.30 and waited more than 30 minutes without receiving the reserved table.
The staff was really very rude and unfriendly always telling us that we were next in line.
Unfortunately this never happened and we left after 40 minutes.
Restaurant was very dirty too.
We came here often but this was our last time.

Went for my birthday on October 15,2021 and it was awesome, the chef was friendly and professional, the food was delicious and the overall experience was definitely one I want to do again, I absolutely love it

I frequent Benihana, in many cities across the country, but this experience was my absolute best. From my greeting from Emmanuel who also thanked me for my service on this fine Veteran’s Day, from our waiter, Andy, and our Chef, Wesley. The food and service was absolutely amazing. My new favorite Benihana.
