Tables with grease plates dirty and Tappan tables with old food trapped on sims, 2 hours wait with reservation

Last night we placed an order on line. Family paquette for '' 6'" people, fillet mignon and scallops. The scallops were so small and rubbery like they were boiled, ONLY 3 SMALL size of rice. Really? Rice is low cost we were 6 people.for grilled vegetables ONLY ONIONS maybe 5 pieces of zucchini. We are very disappointed. For almost $ 200.00 dollars

My brother loves Benihana’s, I myself am not such a big fan as it’s has just went downhill over the last 10 years! Service was horrible and whole restaurant was smoky all night, food was ok. But drinks were horrible. Waitress’s never really came around much for refills or to just check up on patrons. Probably will not be back till my brothers next birthday

So sad a woman and her husband (he is disabled) being mistreated by staff and also the manger. Disgusting. Won’t come back. And I wasn’t even the person being mistreated. Simply just a witness. To see a disabled man treated so badly. Disgusting.

To-go is a joke. They give you 2 sauces and charge extra for anything more which is strange because when you dine in I’ve never seen them ration like this. I didn’t even receive a dressing for my wilted salad as it turns brown. The girl at the front was quick to get my food and rush me away. She didn’t care if I had everything that I needed. Seemed disinterested in working there. I used to really enjoy Benihana but even when I ate at this restaurant before it wasn’t the best. I’m done. I thought about giving 2 stars but I have 3 in pitty. I should have just went to Pei Wei.

Really mixed feelings about this place. I have been to several Benihanas before and this unfortunately does not live up to it's name. As far as hibachi grills go, this place is about average. Food was good, chefs were good, waiters/waitresses were not the best, Food was served untimely, but what really stood out was the water leaks from the ceiling. My seat was wet from the ceiling leaking (not sure from rain or something else) and I have seen several other people throughout our stay tonight that have had to be moved or cleaned up due to ceiling leaks. For a place this expensive, absolutely not justifiable. I fortunately had a great experience, however be warned that this establishment in particular is definitely sub-par. Bottom line: Food is great, atmosphere is trash and overall not worth the price.

Awful customer service. I watched, as manager refused to accommodate a man who was unable to transfer from mobility scooter to chair at the hibachi table. This couple was treated very rudely by staff and management. They should be ashamed. Andvreported fir not complying with ADA requirements.

First time going to benihana and overall it's was an okay experience. Honestly very nice staff but the wait is entirely too long. We were there at 1: 30 didn't get sat till close to 2 and we had reservations. Then we didn't start eating till about 3: 30 and we left after 5. Everyone was super nice and apologetic but its just too long and my little cousins started to get irrated so it made it a little difficult to enjoy. But honestly the staff is amazing! But I would only do to go.

We went here for my mom's birthday dinner on 10/9/2021, and Shon was nothing short of exceptional. He went above and beyond, and embodied a great personality. What a great asset to the company.

I love Benihanas but as for this location. TERRIBLE! The inside is so dated and the staff is so unorganized! There was multiple leaks in the ceiling with buckets under them. We waited 10-15 mins to be seated because what I assume was the manager and the bartender were literally arguing. Our hostess didn't seat us until another 15 minutes WITH ANOTHER FAMILY. Customers that were already there before us were still waiting on a hibachi chef to attend them. We asked to be seated at another table due to crowding at the hibachi grill. When the hostess finally came back 20 mins later she sat us at a table surrounded by buckets catching water leaking from the ceiling. We just ended up leaving the establishment altogether cause it was unacceptable!

Trash all over the parking lot and by the entrance. The bathrooms we3te gross. The restaurant was all old formica chipped tables the place was dirty. We walked in and left.

I am truly disgusted with how the manager Jitka Hodkova handles customer service in this restaurant. How is it possible that she is think and believes it is ok to down talk to a customer and to make them feel worthless. She is very unprofessional and very disrespectful I have no other complaints but just for this particular reason I particularly will be contacting Higher management to understand how is it possible that someone like this can get a tittle of manager. Talking down to a customer and to a point making them feel very uncomfortable and unwanted to a point making me feel discriminated.

Had a decent experience. The rice wasn't cooked fully.but the guy did a good job and was entertaining.

We had Benihana for our anniversary today and honestly it was a disappointment. We usually go and sit in but it fell on a weekday so we ordered in and I mean completely sad night. The salad wasn’t even edible. I opened the container and it was wilted, old, brown and overall just nasty looking. I have lost all hope for them now as a franchise.

The chef was great, but overall the experience of waiting after getting seated and waiting for the check and waiting for them to take the check made this dinner over 2 hours for a meal that takes 20 minutes to eat. The ceiling is dripping and even after moving to a different table I still get splashed with cold water. The bathrooms were very gross. Everyone on my party was cold. Not what I would expect for a place where the average meal is $50.

This place is run down and the service and employees are terrible. I came in at 2 today to have Hibachi with one of the chef with my 2 friends. We waited for someone to seat us for 10 minutes, because the host was nowhere to be found. We were finally seated by a manger who was arguing with an employee in the corner. Once we got seated, no one came for another 10 minutes and the host seated a gentleman with us, which was not a problem.then another 5 minutes come, no one has asked us for drinks, or what we would like to eat. The host sits a family of 3 next to us and asked all of us to scoot down.we are still in a pandemic! I asked the host if it is possible to just seat us at a table because we have spent nearly 30 minutes in the restaurant with no service. She leads us to ALL DIRTY TABELS and does not even wipe them off. We had to leave and as we were leaving a woman asked us if we didn't want to sit and eat. Benihanas is a place that asks its customer to dress appropriately but doesn't even offer the high class service that it used to. Also to add, the table they sat us at had dirty plates sitting there and a half cleaned hibachi grill. Just sad I couldn't even stay to ask for a manger because I spent too much time in there already. DO NOT GO TO THIS BENIHINA PLEASE!

We enjoyed the experience.

Showed up before 8pm for an 815 reservation. We weren't sat until 8: 45. Once sat it was another 30 minutes. Our check was incorrect. It's one of my kids favorite restaurants. My dish Scallops & shrimp, the scallops were a Lil bit fishy. They were supposed to be milder. They Missed mark tonight. 4 ppl 162.00 + Tip. We will be back But we will expect service to be better.
