Benny's On The Beach - Pier, Lake Worth Beach FL

The food and drinks were delicious I highly recommend the Chicken & Waffles or the Shrimp & Grits. The food was savory and taste great. We had a few drinks and everyone of them were favorably as well.

I grew up at the pier surfing and hanging out. It use to be John G's was were all the tourists would wait in line for breakfast and the locals would hit Benny's. $7 could get you a burger, fries and a drink. After the beach park renovation Johny G's went to Manalapan and Benny's became a tourist trap. You can't get out of there with out spending $30 for a foo foo meal. The food is good but it lost its charm. The bar seen out front can get a little seedy.
With all that said the food and service are always good

1.5 hr. Waiting. With open tables and no line.and can’t order food from bar.add no take away orders either.definitely designed to keep average to below average people out.including surf punks. How about eighteen for a burger!

Came in for lunch. I don't know who runs the host stand on tuesdays but those girls were rude man. A guy was just trying to find a table. I didnt know you had to endure a CIA interrogation just to get a table. Very Rude and Aggressive crowd. Stick to the Casino for good food and drinks.

Awful bartender with a bad attitude who tried to start a physical fight with me after being called out. Add to that the fact that they have roaches. Stay away from this over priced dirty spot. I have never had such a poor experience in my life before today and I have been dozens of times prior and recommended this spot to anybody I know coming into town. Will never return.

Disappointed. Haven't been here in nearly two years due to covid. Was sooooo looking forward to it. Fish tacos were way hot (spicey). The waiter pointed out the ingredient that was likely causing the heat but didn't offer to remake it or another dish. I pushed the hot stuff to the side. Service was fair.

Great location on the pier, clean, well managed, menus are diverse, you can get burgers, fish, chicken, sandwitches, you name it. We went for breakfast and had yummy (but on the heavy side) shrimp and grits, veggie omelet, and great bloody Mary's.

Try the chicken and waffles, it's to die for.

Service is alrigh, their wait system is not the best, expect over an hour wait if you go for weeend brunch.

Expect to pay $20-$30 per plate, drinks are around $15.check their chicken Caprese sandwich (phenomenal).

Food and service left a lot to be desired, not impressed at all. Location and view 5 stars but everything else was quite disappointing. Many other better choices for food to choose from especially after waiting 30 minutes to be seated and paying for parking. Will not return.

First time here atmosphere was ok bartender was good wait staff was slow did not even bother after asking for condiments walked awY never came back. Best part you have to pay to park which I did not know 40 dollar ticket. F##K LAKE WORTH NEVER GOING BACK TO THE SH#T HOLE.

The food was good but the service was just terrible! We got told it would be 45 minutes for a table ended up waiting a little over an hour and almost every single table was open when they sat us.another waitress had to take our order because our waitress was no where to be found.also the glasses were dirty.

After our trip ended & we checked out from in Boca Raton, we took a drive up to lake worth to have brunch at Benny's on the beach which is a hot spot because of its location right on the pier. The wait time there is atleast over an hour Everytime, But with its Location/views, Drinks & atmosphere it is worth the wait. I had their infamous Chicken & Waffles which to me wasn't that good at All, they do it a lot differently from others & give it a crunchy/hard style which can make it seems like it's over done, so to say It wasn't a pleasure to eat it & enjoy it.

I just had the best brunch at the bar with my girl and startender Jp. Food came out quick, wait was way shorter than anticipated, drinks made to absolute perfection, live music. Thanks for an amazing experience! We will be back!

Came back for breakfast - FML should have stuck to drunks. Pancakes made of cardboard, I could use my bagel as a shield and my bacon as a sword it was so hard. My eggs after getting them wrong not once but twice (scrambled onion pepper light cheese) tasted like who done it.

Lesson: Bar yes - food not so much?

Since coming to Florida 3 years ago, this has been one of my top favorite restaurants. Everyone is friendly and the service is fantastic! Chef Jeremy is amazing! The food is great every single time! We take all our visitors there and it always has them wanting to come back next time they are here. I also love live music and they had the most amazing guitar player I have ever heard! His name is Arturo Romay. I hope he will be a regular as his music went beautifully with ocean waves and breeze and views. Thank you to everyone at Benny's.
PS The key lime pie is the best I've ever had! You must try it!
