From start to finish my team that packaged the photos to the driver and two teams that loaded and unloaded the van! They were on time, professional, and cared about what they were doing. Not one thing broken, scratched, or dented. Thanks all!

They were awful! They didn’t show up the day they said they would. They damaged furniture. On delivery, they didn’t place things in even the same room I asked them to do. They scratched my wood floors. Even though I have full replacement value coverage, they have not responded to my request for a claims form. I have had over a dozen corporate moves and this was by far the worse

Great service. This is second time I’ve used Berger (local division of Allied Moving and Storage - very reputable). What I needed to do was pack a lot of items myself in big Legal Totes, which were provided, so I could label and do the unpacking slowly, by myself, without everything being unpacked and left helter skelter (I have many books, office supplies and records, for example, that I needed to arrange in a particular order). It was a next door move - and a big move! BUT what I couldn’t pack at all was my kitchen and linen closet. My kitchen, in particular, has some very valuable china, crystal and even a few very small delicate items. The packing was stupendous! Not one item broken, not one item missing. Even the tiniest! I could never have done anything in any way like this. I was floored by the wrapping and packing of my valuables. I just have to give a shoutout to Gary Wiehagen in particular. Fantastic job. All in his crew were diligent and careful. They were professionals. I was extremely happy with Berger’s service and teamwork. I wouldn’t think of using any other company.

Berger delivered two sofas I ordered from Room & Board. They were on time, very professional, and polite. A refreshing change from the typical delivery experience!

The team was professional and curteous. They gave me notice the night before to confirm arrival time and they were prompt the next day. They all wore masks and took delicate care moving my furniture in.

Alerted me the day before and 15 min prior to arrival. Courteous, preofessional and even took their shoes off unprompted when delivering and assembling furniture. Thank you very much for a 100% satisfactory experience.

Berger delivered newly purchased furniture. They were great! Very friendly and acvomodations, careful with everything, placed it where I asked, maintained distance and safety. Really excellent service.

We had two crews, one to pack us up and another to deliver our 14,000lbs.of house hold goods to our new home. Both teams were prompt, polite, professional and speedy, but careful. They maintained a pleasant disposition throughout the day and cleaned up after their work. After unpacking 99% of our boxes, nothing was missing or broken. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, I will certainly use them again and would recommend Berger Allied Moving & Storage to everyone. Thank you for a job well done.
