I originally started trying to find a leased space for my company on my own and I quickly realized I needed help. I have had the pleasure of working with Jake Michels to find a warehouse and office space. He has found us so many options and is always looking for a solution to our needs. He's not only guided us through the process but also advised us on what is realistic in this current market. I truly appreciate the amount to time and effort he has taken with us to achieve our goals.

Sales Associate Jake Michels was a great partner in helping our business relocate within Fort Lauderdale. He listened to our needs, came up with some great options, and when we setteled on a place he helped us through the paperwork. Very smooth. No muss, no fuss. Friendly, efficient, and hardworking. Once I requested a document from Jake at 11 p.m. And wasn't expecting an answer before morning. But when I went to sign off an hour later, the document was waiting in my inbox. This is the second good experience we've had with Berger. Thanks Jake! Highly recommended!
