Stay away from them!
Customer service i got today;
-Invoiced for 1851$ but asked for 2100$ when i arrived for a job promised to be done today but delayed to Monday.
-The guy named Brayton (who claims to be the owner) used F word when i asked the details about the invoice price difference.
-Same guy also said “You are driving a Mercedes but dont want to pay 1800$. ”
After i paid 249$ for the only job done (oil change).

So they judge you by your car and see how much they can rip you off at this place.
They are lucky because i didnt think about taking a screen shot of their invoice then they deleted it. Otherwise i would post it here.

Brayton and the team at Bergman's European Autoworks did an excellent job getting my Mercedes E350 repaired and getting me back on the road to NJ. I was in Florida for a funeral when my Alternator Drive Belt shredded right off of 75. Bergman's was able to diagnose and repair my car in 24 hours. I was impressed that they called several days later to check in and to make sure that my car was running well. I highly recommend Bergman's European Autoworks!

Used to think this place was awesome. Maybe it changed hands. Anyways went for oil change, wiper blades & diagnosis for windshield washer. Tried to upsell me engine air filter $111, AC cabin filter $133, brake fluid flush $211, sparkplugs $435. Oil change cost me $204 & diagnosis for windowshield washer $160.walked out of there with $403 less and they forgot to do the wiper blades.

They Was one of the best European shops ever been to I took my car in for one thing, and they did it right in an out and reasonable price

Great Experience! My rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered my questions really straight and to the point. He advised what was a priority and what could wait. I love the fact that they provided info on upcoming services and services that were due according to BMW’s maintenance schedule. I dropped my car off before work and she was ready before I got off. BMW dealer experience without the price tag.

I've used Bergman's since I moved here in 2021. They serviced my A5 and my X4. The guys are great and very customer focused. I will continue to use them for my automotive needs while I'm in the area. You can't beat their prices and customer service!

After moving to the Tampa area and learning that the BMW dealerships around here are not nearly as customer-centric as the ones in South Carolina, I had to find somewhere to service my 2008 BMW 550i. After talking to some new acquaintances, I tried Bergman's European Autoworks.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to give it to me straight. For a 15-year-old $3,000 car that has over 215,000 miles on it, I want it to be safe but don't care about much of the cosmetic stuff. Bergman's tells me exactly what my car needs and why it needs it and then lets me make the decision. They never pressure me or try to upsell me on repairs or maintenance. I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a cheap place to repair to just get by then this place is not the place for you. This is a quality repair facility the wants to provide repairs that are quality and very professional. Their rates are equal to the quality you receive on your car. I would highly recommend this company for repairs of your BMW or European auto.

I brought my Audi in for routine maintenance. 40000 mile service. Excellent service as expected. This is the second vehicle I've had them maintain. They're always professional and timely with service. They never try to up sale service if it's not needed.
