Make sure you read all the fine print when renting from them. Alot of fees and charges that should be noted to the signer. Do not recommend.

Bill was super patient, professional, answered all of our questions, and didn’t rush us into anything. He has a number of connections in the area which helped us secure our home. We were new home buyers, but I would recommend Bill to anyone at any stage in their life, no doubt about it.

RUN from this company. They have been a nightmare to deal with and tried to add hidden fees to the buyer (which is unheard of with any other company). They will try to lock you in even when they’ve done nothing to help you and force you to walk away from your purchase just to get out from under them. We were so excited to be getting a house and they have ruined the entire process for us. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from anyone associated with this scam of a company.
