Where do I begin, I paid this man $8000 for 2 cases. He assured me he would resolve my issues and that this was a one time fee for services. He explained he doesn’t do payment plans or hourly billing I just pay my retainer in full up front as a single mother of 3 and it would be handled. It’s now days before court and he is asking for an additional $8000 to continue to represent me. I asked for invoices and he charged me for every single text email or phone call that he has with me his client. Had I known I’d be charged $8k just to text this man lol I would have never wasted my time or money. He has now since withdrew from my case and refused to refund me the $955 that remains from the retainer and told me he’ll be charging me for the text where I asked for the refund. I do not recommend him. Nothing was resolved in my case but he took several vacations in between this 8 month period of me working with him. I’d run far away from this attorney.
