I tried to trade and buy a 2021 Forrester but our sales person Steve, was very rude and would not sit with us to discuss any of the cost that was involved. I was so upset when I got home I called the Sales Manager Seith. I will never go into that Subaru Dealership again. Steve should not be in any kind of position of customer relations. Customers stay away from Steve. I would have bought the Forester.

I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Bert Smith Subaru. I bought my Subaru Outback from Andrew Kitchens. He is knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and extremely efficient. I love my Outback!
I’ve only had my Outback serviced at Bert Smith Subaru and I would not go anywhere else. Star Shandy is my service representative and she is outstanding. She knows me by name and is always so efficient and helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure every interaction is a positive one. I’ve had a few minor things pop up that were not covered anymore by my warranty (just a 1,000 miles over). She has gotten approval to take care of those at no cost to me. I can’t thank you enough for providing top-notch customer service. I will never go anywhere else for new car sales or service. Thanks!

Went to Bert Smith to look at the Atlas. Met with wonderful salesman Brian. McDaniel. He walked us through the options and everything the vehical has to offer. Impressive dealership, impressive salesman, and the Atlas is an amazing vehicle! Brian is a great salesman, very helpful!

This dealership has been less than sub-par after the sale.

I am very dissatisfied. The sales experience was fine, actually exceptional, but the finance department is really in need of work.

First of all, see attached photo of a check promised back to me in the amount of $600. I have STILL not received this. Lesson learned, if you are promised something from this dealership, do not leave without it.

My finance "Manager" was Juan Rodriguez. After the sale he told me to call him with any and all questions, as he shook my hand. I have called multiple times and begged the receptionist to let me speak with SOMEONE, ANYONE, not a Voicemail. They are always too busy and guess what? Juan doesn't even have a Voicemail! How am I supposed to call him when they will never let you speak to anyone? I am busy too! That is why I don't have time to just show up. I am sure the finance "Managers" are busy selling overpriced gap insurance and extended warrantied that cost $42 a month (Geico offers the same for $2 a month, fwiw.), but that is not my problem.

I am going to keep this short and sweet for the owner.

1 - I want my check for $600 mailed to me and I want it now. I do not care your reasoning for any delay, I have a lease to settle and that money was part of the deal.

2 - I want a personal apology from Juan Rodriguez for providing horrendous customer service and follow-up. I want an explanation as to why I am not an important enough customer to call back.

3 - I want an apology from the actual Finance Manager at this dealership for not following up to my repeated inquiries.

4 - Do you see the attached photo? I want this check in the mail and I will only take this review down upon the receipt of it. It is for $600!

5 - Please understand that you have ruined my trust in this dealership. I regret my purchase and should have purchased from Fitzgerald. I am going to submit a formal complaint to the BBB and write negative reviews until this issue is resolved.

I do not recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Extremely upset and disappointed.

The service department is unbearable. Fist of all they are never available by phone, which is probably do to their approach on customer service. Dropped my car off with Zach at 9: 30 for an oil change, where I was told that it would take about 1.5h. At this point I should have just left cause I'm not sure what they do in that time. I told him I wasn't staying for that long but running some errands real quick. I called him 4 times yet I was dumped into voice mail every time telling me he would call back before the end of the day. He called me 3.5 later happily telling me that my car was ready. When I asked how 1.5h turned into 3.5 he rudely replied that because I hadn't waited it took longer. I didn't know that my physical location has an influence on how long an oil change takes. Until they get their service in order I'd stay away from them as it isn't worth the aggravation. $70 for a 4qt oil change that takes 3.5h isn't quite worth it either.

Additionally, I found out that the oil filter wasn’t screwed on correctly and leaked.

My recent car buying experience with Adrian and all the staff at Bert Smith was very good. Every manager and Finance manager were professional, courteous and made the car shopping and negotiating a great experience. Adrian was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient explaining all the features of my new car. He promised to keep in touch and walk me through any questions that I may have in the coming days/weeks. He was great. I highly recommended Adrian as a Sales Consultant and also give the highest accolades to all the Bert Smith Dealership staff.
