Best Beach Getaways 30-A Beach Rentals, Santa Rosa Beach FL

We loved our stay at Boujee on the Beach! The condo has been completely updated from appliances, flooring, paint/wallpaper, to decor. Fancy but not fussy. We felt completely at home and enjoyed the amazing view of the water. Great location - walked to The Big Chill, ate dinner in Rosemary, enjoyed coffee shops in both directions. Great for couples or families with bigger kids. 3 flights of stairs up to the condo and that much or more down to the beach but was not an issue for us. We hope to be back every year! Highly, highly recommend staying here!

Had a great time at Mistral on 30A. Condo was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. Please note that this a 3rd for condo and there is no elevator. That being said, forced exercise was a good thing. Bed was great in the master bedroom. Both showers were outstanding. Mistral is very strategically located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. I highly recommend Mistral.

We stayed here in April and had a wonderful stay. House was beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout with gorgeous furnishings. A clean home is very important to us and this place did not disappoint. We are a “no shoe” household so floors that are clean are a must. Our kids loved the bunk room and screamed with excitement that each bed came with its own television! (btw they are not your regular twin bunks. I’m pretty sure they were queen size.) The balconies off the bedrooms were a really nice touch for reading or just hanging out. The fire pit was a huge hit and our family was able to create a new memory that will stay with us. They even provided s’more sticks and a cute tray to carry all the fixings. We also appreciated the nice cutlery and dishes. They had beach chairs for use but we didn’t know this ahead of time and rented them along with umbrellas before we arrived. The rental company (VanK Gear) delivered before we arrived and texted us which was great. Best beach getaway also texted us with an early check in which we thought was so nice! I wouldn’t expect an early check in but it’s lovely when it’s available! The pool was super close and a short walk. The trams came pretty fast and you could be at the beach in 5 mins or so. (They can carry umbrellas, chairs, towels etc.) We wish the pool was heated as we learned in April the water is still chilly. We did get to use it our last day as it was hotter outside. The only other thing I wish the home included was a vacuum or wet vac for sand or hair. I like to maintain the cleanliness daily and a vacuum would have been convenient. Lastly, the home is located in a desirable area in a gated community close to 30a dining and shops. We had breakfast one morning with a view of the water. We LOVED walking to the coffee and ice cream shop!

Location of our condo was great in the heart of Baytown. This is our third time staying in Baytown and our best accommodations. Plenty of room for the six of us and the large balcony to soak up the sun was a plus.

The "Seas the Day" house was in great condition and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect for enjoying all the amenities of 30A.

I can’t say enough about our wonderful experience at Sago. Beautifully furnished. Impeccable renovation. High end appliances. Tiling In Bathrooms and kitchen were amazing. We came in February and had the beach to our selves. The wrap a round porch was so comfortable. We will be back.

Great home for families in Seacrest! Super convenient location - easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys Beach. The home was perfect for our group of 8 and could've held several more comfortably.
