Best Buy, Kissimmee FL

An Asian BestBuy employee, who stands at the door of the Best Buy at Kissimmee, location Address: Osceola Pwy is very rude, yelled at my son (8 years old) who was running out of the store. Unfortunately he dont have the tag name, I asked him what is your supervisor and he didnt talk to me.

The woman was very helpful setting up my auto installation appointment to make sure it was all set up and paid for ahead of time

Customer Service is excellent here! Very friendly staff. I always order online and had no problem picking up. I tried curbside but it took a little while so decided to go inside and pick it up myself. There were a little busy so I didn't mind. Got my package and out in less than 5 minutes. I suggest you do not do the curbside if you don't like the wait. Go inside and pick it up yourself, it is much faster.

Ok store, like most Best Buy’s the don’t usually have the stuff I need and I have to order it overall it’s ok

My experience was great, the store had great options, staff was really friendly, Emmanuel and Jonathan helped me a ton. Satisfied costumer:)

This is by far the greatest Best Buy ive been to. Its clean and the workers are extremely helpful. Only complaint is bad internet inside.

Staff very attentive and prepared in explaining products and answering question, clarifying doubts. You can also pay directly to the salesperson and be clear of cashier lines. Products of latest technology with competitive prices.
