26Chatted with Best Buy support online about returning a Shark vacuum that was not working, letting them know that it was outside the 30 day return period. Online support said to bring it in to the closest store and they would exchange it or issue a credit. When we brought it into the store, they said we would have to contact the manufacturer about replacement under warranty. Thanks for making us waste gas and an hour out of our day!
Very courteous personnel. The only problem is that I have been there twice to look for something and they are out. I had to order and pay for shipping.
Shopping for a printer finding the printer i wanted was easy finding a store assistant to get the printer was not seems they all wanted to be a cell phones more than helping customers. I left the Wellington store an ending up in brands mart where the sales people were happy to help customers
It was well structured and for thr most part was well stocked. Sadly the stearing wheel I was looking for wasnt available but I sorta knew I wouldnt be able to get it physically and would have to do it online but wanted to try.
45 dollar restocking fee without disclosing it asked to speak to a manager his name was Rich no customer service skills Claimed to be a vice president of the company now I have to go and try to recover from the store as a theft. Does not take returns don’t shop here. No receipts for online purchases now I know why.
Re rated to 3 stars store was clean and orderly. The products u was looking for were there yet the young teen salesman firstly tried to tell me that the product I wanted (chronebook) was not what I wanted then proceeded to try to upsell to a product that cost nearly twice as much then when I stated I was really just interested in the chromebook called another salesman over to try and convince me that I "wanted" (note my wording) a MacBook pro. So after some more saying I wanted just the chromebook because of familiarity and price point again was told it was not what i wanted that again I wanted the more expensive items. Sorry did not know that best buy had resorted to high pressure price shaming. Will never go to the wellington location again sales tactics were deplorable. But on a high note I just love my touchscreen chromebook I bought at target for the same price.
More help in car audio. Had to wait a lot and the person that helped me was not able to answer everything. I was not confident i got what i needed.
It was a delightful experience. The guy at the front door directed us to customer service. Customer service was super helpful exchanging a product that we had that WAS defective within the 15 day return policy for us to exchange it for a different product. Without any hassle.
We were suppose to get a dryer delivered today and they delivery people show up without the dryer. Just the cords yes you read correctly now they say I have to wait until Tuesday for a 6 hour window that I have already waited for today. So 12 hours of waitinng and I still may not have a dryer. Oh also they can tell me why the dryer was not delivered
Poor customer service, I guess this is what many stores are going to but when they help three people who showed up after you they just dont want your money
Pretty typical of what you would expect from best buy. Well stocked large electronics store, staff was friendly, overall a good experience.
So many associates sitting around on their phones or just chatting. Was not greeted by one of the dozen I passed by so I decided to go to Costco to look at TVs. Need an 82" but no one would know because no one cared. Ridiculous.
I really want to love this place more but it doesn't seem like any of the people that I deal with understand what I'm looking for or how the product that I'm looking for works.
Pleasantly surprised by how helpful the best buy Rep was in guiding me to the right tablet for me. MY actually use them again.
Sales staff is very friendly and knowledgeable nice clean store able to play with the items you want to buy before you purchase them
Sales person wouldnt acknowledge me after spending 10.minutes in front of apple tv stand. I had a question and wanted to buy right away.so I just walked out.
