This place is run like a well oiled machine. The staff was attentive and helpful. The foot traffic was not overwhelming (I was there when they opened). I will certainly continue to do business with Best Buy.

They have a lot of products to offer in stock and a knowledgeable sales team. It is just a little busier than some of the other ones. I wouldn't go during rush hours.

Like most Best buy stores now a days, it's hard to find customer service. I got lucky at this store with the cashier and she helped me out finding some gear i needed for a radio install.

Aron was very helpful with my drone purchase from the Altamont Springs store. Also I had to run to the SOBT to pick up extra batteries due to out of stock in Altamonte. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the drone products.

They just wanted to ripped your money it should be called worst buy just to be more detailed and efficaient they keep saying some thing and change it once you back to this place

Bought all my big screen TVs from best buy using my BB CC for free 24 mth financing. It is always great to see the TVs on display versus online in a picture.

It's a good location but a smaller store than most. Overall the service here was good and they are fairly clean. I was about to get my headphones really quickly and didn't have any problems with checking out.

I hated this best buy but sarah whent out of her way to get me a xbox one x bundle with a free controller and a great doorbuster deal on a tab i will be returning after that great experience and she had a cool moon tattoo on her arm that she told me the history of if i felt at home thank you sarah

This Best Buy is always good the employees are pretty cool the lady that helps me purchase my Jaybird headphones was very one-on-one with me as long as I needed her to be and was an absolute sweetheart and she explained everything I needed to know without me having to even ask he questions

It's a bit of a shitshow right now with it being Black Friday and all. Outside of that it's the usual best of by exorbitant prices.

This was not one of my better Best Buy experiences. Although it was black Friday 2018, the store was very well staffed however they seemed bothered to help. Several employees I asked for help either ignored me and kept on about their own business or just pointed to get rid of me. I usually have wonder 5 star experiences so I will challenge this up to the holiday blues

I have visited Best Buy Orlando several times and had a good shopping. But, I felt their collections for iPhone and Drones are limited.
