25Went and bought the note 10+ a couple weeks ago and it was an easy purchase. The girl got me in and out of there pretty quick.
Worst experience in a best buy store ever. If I hadn't had other wonderful demonstration of what is best buy customer care in the past I wouldn't dare to put a feet again in best buy.
I went to return an item I picked up the day before that I found out later it was broken inside the box and we didn't noticed. The girl attending me didn't knew how to proceed. We had to wait for the Leader, Alex. Alex didn't bother to apologize for the trouble or a proper greetings. He offered me a store credit and seemed upset when I refused. I wanted a proper refund. Alex said something in the sort of: if I didn't want the replacement or the store credit I could leave with the broken item. I asked for a manager.
Juan came.
Same behavior. No greetings, no apologies, not care, same response. I asked for another manager or a person who could listen or a person to file a complaint. There were nobody over Juan. Sadly he was the top at that store, he said. - If you want you can call the corporate. He said. I did.
The customer care representative didn't understand why they treat me that way and why and why they didn't gave me the full refund. He did apologize. He did everything in his reach to help me.
I keep thinking that if Best buy loses its customer care and customer protections it will be very difficult for me to decide go there to buy something there. This time it already was because I needed the item right away.so for a sale that it was already unusual they messed up so bad. So bad. Imagine if I have time and can wait. C'mon!
All the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable of the products. Especially in the phone and tv departments.
Usually provides merchandise other merchants don't and provide price match. As of late they're slacking on quality of busy both in advertising and customer service
Nice location on the first level of the mall. You can recycle toner cartridges (3 per visit) here and your old phones and lithium batteries. Staff is helpful and polite.
Big and well stocked! That's my most accurate description of this Best Buy store. It's always a great experience going to this store be it for shopping or browsing. The staff is helpful and professional and goes out of the way to please. The prices at Best Buy are very competitive and the rewards program is well set up. Nothing but praises. Keep doing a great job.

I bought a new defective Iphone here and now they don’t want to replace it. They told me I have to deal with Apple directly. If you are going to buy an IPhone go directly to an Apple store or online, do not buy it at Bestbuy
BUYER BEWARE - Best Buy does not honor their price match policy stated on the sales receipt during the Holidays. Suggest you check the fine print on their website before you buy anything. Best Buy's deceptive policy forces you to return the item to Best Buy and then purchase from a competitor to get the lower price. Not cool and makes no sense!

The Best Buy on us one is the best Best Buy with probably the best customer service out of all of the best buy's I have ever been to.
The prices were not cheaper than Amazon and it took a while to find an attendant to assist me. I left without buying what I went in looking for.
This Best Buy is a large store chock full of goodies. The shopping center is conveniently located near the Dadeland north Metrorail station.
The aisles are generous, displays are tastefully done, and there is plenty of staff to help you find anything you need.
There's also a full sized Pacific Appliance department with all of the latest appliances.
I highly recommend this as well as the west Kendall stores.
I ordered an item from the Miami Beach Best Buy (it's my main store in the Miami) to the Dadeland location since I will be in the area. At the pick up section a lady named Angelica who took charge and has good customer service. And she's good looking too.
I ordered something online, and when I came to pick it up, I didn't have to wait long at all to get it. I have come here twice now and it was quick each time, so I was happy.
I just really like the store.you can find just about all the electronic devices, music, cd's and more in one place
Horrible customer service! The manager on Saturday was so rude. We wanted to buy something and they would not honor the Amazon price match, even though their corporate offices said they should. The manager even said "I can refuse to sell to you" which is totally discriminatory and poor business! Never coming here again.
This is not a place for anyone to shop. You have 1 objective and it's to buy 3 things, but you leave with $150 worth of things you weren't planning on getting. Something is definitely pumped into the air there that leaves you mindlessly wondering the isles in search for items that you may not need but cant pass up.
My favorite store. They have all the gadgets you'll ever need. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of parking. Prices are always competitive. Conveniently located with other stores close by
