These employees need to get paid more then mayb they wouldn't be so scarce not just be worried about stocking and not helping customers unless you ask

This place is amazing. The wide selection of electronics, the customer service, and the fact that they were helpful enough to have me walk out with a new PC case and an Xbox Series X just shows that I love this store. ^^

So empty when it comes to ps4 games and system and no not looking for ps5 they seem to be getting rid of all ps4 items to keep the 5 in stock

I was so dissatisfied with this store, no one bothered to ask me anything about what I was looking for and there were plenty of store staffer's standing around chatting. Don't know what or if they will even read this.

Shopping for my refrigerator a very knowledgeable employee helped me out. Best Buy is the best place to buy electronics and appliances in my opinion.

No customer service. I walked in the store and not one associate offered to help me. There were several standing around chatting with each other.

I am a elite member and would like to say worst experience at my home store Alex ht certified advisor was the rudest sales rep he was saved by Sean connected car expert those r the names on there tags 1 went above and beyond and one who told me what he was and wasn't gonna do i love this best buy

I called in to try to get some basic information in computer parts and ask about inventory. Although I went through the auto-response phone system correctly to try to reach a CS Rep, they left me on hold for 10 minutes and I was unable to get a hold of anyone. I then drove to the destination and saw that it wasn’t even close to being busy. This is a great company but this location needs improvement. Please do better.

I understand best buy stores are low on inventory, due to COVID-19. But I was scheduled Tuesday 03/09/2021 from 2-6 pm for a delivery. I waited all day, and for them to give me a call saying that they had the wrong route at around 2: 30pm. They said that I would have to reschedule due to the wrong route, I live in leesburg Fl and this delivery company for best buy is Trash, and customer service did nothing to send their guys out here today. I even spoke with the manager and she saids she cant do nothing and to pretty much deal with it and to call best buy for a reschedule. I had to cancel my purchase and I'm still waiting on my refund.definitely wont be recommending them to anyone.

Although I departed without making a purchase, I do offer sincere applause in overall organization of store, as well as the number of associates on the floor who offered assistance. Most of the aisles were clear enough for easy movement within the store.
Seems like they may have been doing a major shift of some items, but still keeping the shopping experience smooth.

I'm done with Best buy. Done done. $40 is just too much for them to give back to me even though I live on a fixed income. So I'm done with them.

The young man with the blonde hair who brought me some cables to the curbside pickup was very nice. He was more of a jock than a geek, which made our whole interaction very pleasant.

This Best Buy had a pretty good layout and I was help pretty fast didn't have to wait to long. I was their to buy a new phone and I was able to get everything I needed.

I genuinely like going to Best Buy. It's a fun, geeky, store. I feel like they're doing a great job of handling the COVID situation with plenty of sanitizer around the store. Prices can be a little higher on some items, but generally they're fairly priced.

Couldn't believe full parking lot 11: 15 a.m I just wanted memory card. People walking out t.vs. Glad I guess busy. Didn't look at sale items but at my age don't need electronics.
