Was ok in and out cash out is always fast. Walmart should take a few tips from Best Buy on how the do it

The folks are very intentional and take care of the customer in front of them. Appreciate the thoroughness. The gentleman in the camera area was very helpful and instructive, sharing generously from his experience with photography. I am grateful to not have been pushed through a retail encounter. I could get that online. Well done, sir, and others for allowing the curiosity part of the sale to be executed. While I'm still curious and dreaming, he helped me have better questions and a foundation to move forward on. A gift the retail experience offers best. When I end up expanding my camera resources, I will not forget to return the grace of his gift. Thanks Best Buy!

Went to pay a bill and also to make a purchase but was unsuccessful with the latter. I left the store disappointed after about thirty minutes waiting for service.

Curbside pickup could not find my order and waited over an hour. Initially I was told "I will just have to cancel the order I don't know what else to tell you". But after escalating they were able to find it. Total time in line was over 2 hours for a 10 dollar item. No real apology offered either.

Excellent and personal service! Also all Covid-19 procedures are being followed at this location.

No gift receipt option, and the receipt is not clear at all. Receipt is really blurry. Next time I’ll go to a different store. I asked for a new receipt and no one could helped me. Horrible customer service.

Great customer service in the at&t cell phone area. Would have done business there, but they didn't have the phone that we wanted in stock. But the employees were very friendly and happy.

Good store for electronics but they didn't have cases for my Samsung Tablet. The store is definitely promoting Apple and all other brands dont stand a chance. As an Android owner I would not shop here

It is definitely a Best Buy. Flashy gadgets and high prices. High prices, unless you pricematch at the register. Amazingly, Best buy DOES pricematch to NewEgg and Amazon, as long as the product is actually being sold by NewEgg or Amazon and not a 3rd party. Disappointed in the absent availability of Amiibo at this location, which admittedly was the only reason for this visit. For specific things, online is still better.

Store was clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the products I wanted and needed. I actually saved money.

Came to buy an oculus go VR and was told by staff that they do not have keys for the display and the Samsung guy only comes on weekends.

I also found the things I was looking for that I couldn't locate at other like-Place stores.

With a good lineup of premium-quality technology to go around AND being #1 in the tech-selling business, Best Buy is 100% worth going. But although some tech can be a bit overpriced, it is all worth the more going to if you're willing to spend a few hundred. Most of the prices there are perfectly reasonable anyway. So in conclusion, I recommend this place and give it the certified 4 stars of excellency.

I was there to buy a pro camera and they don't have the model I was looking for at the moment, the seller tell me that my model will arrive in a month, but "why I dont buy another one" I'm a film maker and have weeks making research about the options and reviews so this ignorant come to say that buy another one, like I'm buying a candy, can you belive it?
