If there were more stars I'd upgrade my review. Had problem with my smart watch and the Geek Squad found out what the problem was and finally fixed it. And didn't even charge me. Yippee!

Worst experience ever, is looking to purchase a high quality surround sound and no one would help. After 45 min. Searching back & forth between high & med price range trying to figure out the Best sounding entertainment surround with four employees walking past my son & I, Not asked if they could help me with what I'm looking for. Just horrible customer service!

Thanks Best Buy for making it so easy for me to not buy a thing. There were plenty of employees working. I walked all around the store. I didn't need anything but there are a couple things I want. I have money, I have a Best Buy card with a zero balance so it would have been easy for me to buy a new $3000 drone I want but honestly don't need. Not one person that worked in the store so much as said hello to me. There were literally groups of employees standing around. Others were busy on their phones. One thing I will say is they were consistent. The two guys at the door did not say good bye or have a nice day, nothing when I left the store empty handed.

Worst customer service experience to date. I stood in line at the empty customer service desk as employees walked around refusing to acknowledge that I was standing there. Truly horrible experience.

Customer service was great and very helpful. I was on a rush, picking up an order I made and they try to do their best being as fast as they can, 10/10. Also, the store is in a very good location.

Edith was an excellent sales eep. She steered me toward what she thought was beat for my situation. Very knowledgeable. If you need a laptop, this is the place to go. They have a great selection if big screen TVs too no shortages here.

I was very disappointed in the computer salesperson I Was ready to spend over 1500.00 dollars and was not ready to help me out the gig dept should do the same day programing I walked out from the store and went to staples a0nd got great service

Be VERY careful of buying Apple products here! Bought an iPad, two weeks after my purchase the device started to have a double screen affect the longer you use it it, glitchy. Great thing APPLE STORE offers a 1 year warranty on their products. They told me BestBuy most likely used the iPad prior as a constant screen display.make a long story short it was a display item that got repackaged and
sold for full price! And crashed 2 weeks later. Absolutely shady business would not recommend. APPLE STORE replaced my iPad with a NEW one, actually new. That’s works fine. THOUGHT YOU WJERE SLICK BESTBUY

I've been to this Best buy a good amount of times and I've always had great customer service and had all my questions answered. The store is nice and clean, and they have always had whatever item I needed in stock. Can't ask for much more than that. Would definitely recommend

Great service, especially from general manager Mark Maycock who helped me and made the transaction very easy, he speak a little Spanish so my mother also understood him and she was very happy.
