This was a good experience from the sales to the delivery accept failed to deliver an important part the install kit. In order to install the dishwasher had to figure out what was needed then go find it.

Best place to pick up techs and PCs. Always have everything in stock and one stop shop. Got an new HP printer and ink on tax free week. You can't beat that!

What a poor customer service. I came in yo buy a $1300 phone and got the attention a napkin would get after being used. Thank God I only needed to get the phone and pay for it. Guidance is out of the equation

I bought a Sony wireless headphones and it was damage from the moment that I bought. I returned and the service was exceptional, they ordered for me and sent it to my home. No charge. And now can enjoy my headphones they are awesome. The sound is impressively great. Love it. I recommend it.

Bought a product online and it was brought outside as I waited in my car by only entering my order information. The associate who brought it out was very helpful and offered to answer any questions I might have.

I usually always purchase everything online but came into the store because I wanted to see the TV’s in person. Walked in array knowing that we wanted 2 - Samsung 82” TVs, 2 Brackets & 2 kits to hide the cables behind the wall. The employees in the TV section are clueless to what they are selling. I found myself googling the answer to my question. I was referred to Geek Squad who placed the order and recommended suitable brackets for the size of the TV’s. Come to find out when they came out to install it that they had recommended me the wrong brackets for the TV’s. Thankfully, the installers had the correct ones in their van and were able to complete the install successfully.

This is my favorite electronic store. I've been shopping at best buy ever since I was a little kid. Not only do they have anything you need but the customer service is far better than the competition. Their reward program is excellent and prices are unmatched. Their extended warranty is too good to pass up. The geek squad comes through everytime. It's no wonder they have outlasted all of the other stores that have ever been around.

Best Buy is a great place to find electronics. There's plenty of demo's so you can try things before you buy. There are a wide range of tech items that one might need. There's headphones, computers, laptops, monitors, TV's, soundbars, smart phones, virtual assistants, fridges, laundry machines, and so much more on display. Great place to go if your looking for anything tech related.
