I walked in and had help within 30 seconds. Purchased a TV, soundbar, wall mount and sound bar mount. I had many questions and all were answered by an experienced knowledgeable salesman. I'm glad I used them over brandsmart and Costco where I may have saved a few dollars. Or I might not have saved any money, not sure.
Went there to dispose of outdated electronic device. Clerk took it even though she said store stopped doing that because of covid. I am older and walk with difficulty. So appreciated the courtesy.
Had to make multiple exchanges, and Amaurys assisted me. My experience here was phenomenal! I did not have receipts for my items but Amaurys stream lined the process by looking up my transaction history using my phone number. Never have had a bad experience shopping here.
Terrible company. Ordered appliances. They never came during the scheduled delivery, yet the third party delivery company completed it as delivered. Called the customer care # have gone in circles for days. Can't get help at the store level I bought them from. I was told the appliances came from Jensen Beach location and they the manager would ca me within the hour. 5 hours later no call, you call the store and know one cones to the phone. Customer care keeps me on hold until I hang up or transfer me to another agent to repeat the same problem to another agent. Won't even let me cancel and get my money back. This is what sales and customer service has come to.
I came in today inquiring about a PlayStation five and not wanting to spend any more than the cost of the PlayStation to get one. Trevor Miller walked by me and was very friendly so I decided to ask him. He informed me he was actually an ARA with the Geek squad unit but was happy to help me. I can’t say enough about him. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in the store. Long story short he answered every question I had and researched every answer to make sure it was correct. I left with a new PS4 game and a total Tech membership. Without even trying he sold me on it and I’m so happy he did. I am a real estate photographer that was getting my drones and equipment from B&H photo. I will now be getting all of my equipment at Best Buy now that I know the discounts I get with this membership
I have been to many Best Buy’s in my time but none have had as great service as this one. The employees create an amazing shopping environment. 5 Stars definitely
Chris in Computer department was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond. The store was closing and he treated us like our needs came 1st. There was not a question he could not answer and we had lots of questions. Best experience ever in the store. Will come back again.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of computers. They are stock up on large screen TVs and sound systems. It’s a kittle hard to find though through the maze of turns at Legacy Place.
This best buy was stocked with everything I needed. I was trying to get a new console that was released that day and every single place was sold out, but this Best Buy had one I was able to order. This was the only place I was able to find that wasnt sold out seconds after the release. I was able to place my order online and shortly after, come by and pick it up with the contactless pick up. Very convient and easy to use.
Sat on hold for a half an hour and when I finally get to a person she hangs up on me. Y'all got some rude people working there
I went in for a screen protector for my phone and all though the choices were slim (for Galaxy S20) they had one Zagg left (it's the one I wanted) the young guy behind the phone section, did not catch his name, was super helpful and he installed the case for me flawlessly. These screen protectors come with a lifetime warranty, it shatters, they replace it. It peels or bubbles, they replace it FREE! Gotta love it. The ease of getting into the store, finding my product and having it installed was effortless. I like this store. There were also helpful employees asking me if they could help me find what I was looking for, I like that, especially nowadays. They also price match a the store. Good job guys.
This location has long been well stocked and well staffed. Without any expectation I’ve had an employee go above and beyond to ensure my desires are met more than once.

I had a good experience here. The store is nice. The staff are helpful and the area that this store is located in is well-kept. It’s a lot nicer than going to the hole that is Wellington.
Recently came in for some headphones and ended up speaking about phone products as well. Vikram was the associate that helped me and he was very straightforward and knowledgeable about the products offered. If you're going to buy something tech related, definitely would recommend shopping here!
