This place is awful. They do not care about there customers request. They just want to make money

Won't be getting another Zagg screen protector from you. You took my original screen protector to order my replacement. Had to wait 3 days and now my screen is shattered. Thanks a lot. Very unhappy. Flawed policy to force new business.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review for any product. I will never again buy any products from Best Buy. Their delivery service is the absolute worst! I would give them a no stars if I had the choice!

I always go to this Best Buy and the service is always amazing.on 6/17 I went with my son. We had a general idea of what we needed and what we wanted but were still kind of on the fence about what to buy. We were helped by Jovani. Not only was he extremely knowledgable about computers, but both of us told him what we needed new computers for and he was able to show options from the best to the one that would get the job done and save money. I have never felt so good about a purchase. Jovani was awesome and I'm thankful that he helped us.

Very easy to access and plenty of parking. Greeted warmly when entering asking if I needed assistance. I did not and was off to shop. When finding an item I did finally have some questions. A rep helped me and gave the option of direct store purchase or online (I had to go home and measure something). Great experience.

Staff very pleasant. My sales representative was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable.

Robert Yates was extremely helpful when my old phone died. He went above and beyond to help with my Verizon specific issues with a smile and great attitude! Thanks again for all your help!

I suggest you get a credit card with Best Buy because it gives you 5% cashback. If you shop at Best Buy a lot you get free gifts.

Spent over 40 minutes waiting to be assisted. It was the Best Buy I've been in. Customer service is horrible. They don't even have the latest versions of technology. Get you quality te h somewhere else.

After someone figured out who was in line next. Who was up for next in line. Everything went well. Sale and out the door in 15 minutes. The sales associate was polite and did his job well.

I went in to get a new phone. There was a little wait to get assistance, but the sales associate was very helpful. He provided insights and helped me to quickly complete my transaction.

Most of the sales people are okay but I've had a couple that just tried to steer me to a product that I told them I wasn't interested in it.

Our Best Buy has sadly changed to an 11am to 7pm mini mart of it's old self, I still enjoy the quality merchandise and most of the employees are great.

Great salesman went as far as checking the warehouse for the item i came in to buy and found it for me.

The only place in town that had laptops. I went to 6 different places. Plus they have upgrades for all my stuff. I hope they dont go the same way curcit city did. I love best buy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
