Hannah was the best! She helped me with any questions that I had and kept me updated during the whole process. It’s been a pleasure working with her!

There has been a few hiccups with my project and finally being done next week. BUT with that being said the UNSONG hero of saving this whole project was Hannah in the office. She is very efficient and gets answers and gets back to the customer. People always think the people out doing the job make a company. It takes all the people to get the job done. Hannah has always went above and beyond with anything I threw at her. When you have good office employees it makes a big difference in the customer experience. HATS OFF TO HANNAH.

This company has been the worst to deal with. They over promised and understood big time. They did not come on time supplies were delivered and laborers didn't come for the hob until a week later. They company they hired to deliver the trash container damaged my garage door and they still have not come to address the damages or return calls for updates. Photo evidence was taken of their shoddy work and still no customer service or repairs made. To top it off they threatened to put a lien on my house for an outstanding balance of $64! They have done nothing to address the issues they caues 0/10 would not recommend.

The best part of this new roof was Ruben explainig the new upgraded materials being used on this replacement. Quality, Professionalism are just a few words to describe this crew from Best Choice Roofing. The crew was there at 7: 00 and started immediately removing the shingles. It's a 2800 sf house so it's quite large. The second day started at 7: 00 and finished about 2: 00.
Best Choice Roofing also provided photos of the work as it was being done. I would recommend Best Choice Roofing to anyone wanting a quality roof replacement.
