Best Friends Animal Hospital, Fort Myers FL

My standard poodle has been seen by Dr. Gross and her team a couple of times and we have been very impressed. The clinic was very clean and pricing was transparent. The receptionist, techs, and veterinarian were all very kind and knowledgeable.

Fantastic team of people at Best Friends. Everyone seems to truly love animals and what they do. Dr. Gross is great with my dog, always compassionate and patient. Nicky is an excellent customer service representative, always very pleasant and informative. 5 stars all around, highly recommend.

Grooming service is the best. My dog is difficult to groom but they seem to have a way with him that allows it.

We recently moved to Fort Myers and found Best Friends Animal Hospital. They have been so friendly and loving to our dog, Freddie, and our cat, Mercury! They even saved us money on a prescription for Mercury! We highly recommend them. Everyone there is professional and friendly!

Best Friends was very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable about my little chiahuahua who is rather feisty! I was not only impressed with the service and quality of the visit but they also squeezed us in within a half hour visit for an urgent issue. The staff was very personable and you could tell they enjoy what they're doing. Surprisingly, my dog was pretty calm and everything was explained during the visit. Grooming is fantastic as well! So happy I found this vet for my 3 fur babies.

They were so personable. I have never brought my cat to the vet and this was the first one. They made him calm and comfortable. I couldn’t be more thankful that they were comforting for him. They made sure to check up on him when he was getting his shots and made sure he was calm on the way home. I love this place and will be going back!

We take my sister's dog here because it's close to the house, but it's been such a treat to realize how nice they are! Just today we went in for a check up and it was easily the nicest time I've had at a veterinarian's office. All smiles, so understanding and Stewart, the dog, was about as comfortable as a dog can be at the vet. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, or in general
