Best Performance Roofing, Orlando FL

My wife and I started looking around to have a new roof installed as our old roof was installed in 2005. We called several roofing companies and had them come to our home for a quote to replace our roof and others we spoke to over the phone. Our last call was to Best Performance Roofing. Sam came to our house who is one of the owners. Sam was right on time and when we sat at the table, the first thing that Sam did was to show us his Florida license and Polk County permit. Sam answered every question we had and we decided on the best roofing shingles. We also wanted the job done as soon as possible. Sam looked in his book and gave us a date of December 2nd. The office called and asked what time the crew could start their work. We told them 8: 00 am would be fine. The crew came on time with a supervisor and like a well oiled machine, the men climbed up on the roof and went to work removing the old shingles. The next day they returned and installed the new shingles and the job was completed. They cleaned up everything and were very respectful of our property. They were very efficient and did an excellent job installing our roof. Louis, the supervisor was here both days to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We want to thank Sam, Louis and his crew for a great experience. The installation was done quickly and efficiently and we are very pleased with Best Performance Rooring and would highly recommend them if you need a new roof. Joseph and Marie

First off, I could not be happier with my new roof. Even my neighbors have commented to me on how good it looks.

The people installing it were efficient, very courteous and respectful while doing the job.something not seen enough of these days. Also, where the finances were concerned, I cannot thank Sam and José enough for how they worked with me to make the process so much easier.

This company is like a breath of fresh air. After spending weeks getting bids from roofing companies I found Best Performance Roofing after my next door neighbor used them. Sam and Eli were both very friendly and professional. They gave their best bid with no pressure. I chose them and they performed the work when they said they would. They did a great job and cleaned up after. They were there when I had questions and I have no doubt they'll be there in the future if I have any problems. I highly recommend them!

Any one can look good when things run smoothly, but the true test comes if there is an issue, are they responsive? , do they problem solve? L am happy to say that this company passed that test with flying colors. They installed a flat roof for me and l wasn't fully comfortable with how it looked even though it was inspected and fully permitted by the town. Eli one of the bosses sent a crew out, they looked at it and said it did not meet their high standards, they took the whole thing off, including the underlying original roof and replaced it for me.lt was a bit of a process because the weather didn't cooperate and l needed to reinforce the balcony but Eli was there every step of the way. You will not meet a nicer or more personable man.l was very impressed by his professionalism and commitment. I give Best Performance Roofing 2 thumbs up.l would absolutely recommend this company, they really stand by their work

We had a roof done they were supposed to do the shed that is detached and the guy roofed the porch instead of the shed and will not answer our calls so the shed is still leaking after 4. Months do not use them they made the lady of the house sign to lock her in she is a senior citizen and did not know it would lock her in we had cheaper prices but the insurance company wanted at least 4estimates we had one for $6000 less but we could not use because Sammy forced her to sign he even put the fence down gutters to boost his profit when they finished the roof Luis wanted the $24;000 we said who's gonna fix the fence Luis said $24000 was for the roof witch on the estimate it was $14;000 we had a estimate for $8500 using the same material don't use them. I know I have done roofing in Florida for years until I fell off a roof so I know what I'm talking abou now sam wants to black mail me to take off my review or he will not fix it then he calls me prejudice against Spanish people I'm not I asked Sam are your guys Spanish and in house cause I have done over 600 roof's in 2017, if I was prejudice against Spanish people I would have let Sam or Luis he is another liar plus they cut the cable line in my 40 years working carpentry and roofing never had been yelled at like Sam yelled at me 2daus ago and paid these people so now Jose called me to say sorry for my boss and said how can I fix this I asked the owner of house she said Sam to say sorry and to raise my gutters he said okay. Ten minutes later Eli called me and started yelling at me telling me he will kick my butt. Because he kept texting the owner saying when are you going to take down the review 5 times the lady said being a prissy child l waited 4 months for you and Luis and Sam to fix my shed.when they roofed the porch instead of the shed Eli said so you got the porch done for free the porch is New and it's 3 panels and would only need PTO tape so I guess the next step is to call better business bureau and the town and then court don't deal with them workers are good but no leadership this all could have been avoided if they just put the work order in Spanish when I told Sam that the other day he called me prejudice against Spanish people to be continued.lm sure I'll get more harassment from them today very unprofessional. 40 years in this business I have never been treated like this I've built over 2000 homes and I did 1200 roof's in 2018 so I know how this bisness there are a lot of people who see grey hair and a lady the Price goes up. We the owner is disabled and so AM I on fixed income. And the foul language Sam and Eli used 11/2/23. They started the roof march all so Sam tried to blackmail me he said he wouldn't fix the shed roof till I took down my review isn't that nice hide there screw ups.now Sam called me up and said how can we fix this I asked him to talk to owner and he said he was but yesterday Jose said that there too many owner's when I said that then Sam said we told the gutter guy to put new gutters the contract remove and lifted up to right heights Sam threatened to put a lien on the widow's house. I think Sam and Eli are bipolar you start talking to say your side and they start yelling like crazy men

I had a metal roof put on my home. It took a very long time to get the materials for for it and we had some communication issues because they had a bad salesperson who over-promised a lot of things (who is now gone, i'm told), so i knocked off 1 star for that, however, the end result was worth the wait. They did an outstanding job installing the roof. I had someone visit recently who works on roofs a lot and he said he's never seen a metal roof installed better; right down to every edge of the metal tipped down as it was supposed to be to keep vermin out instead of just filling with foam. They've got a very detail oriented crew.

for my work and they were not the lowest nor the cheapest. I went with them because I was told they would do a good job. We had our differences in getting things done, but as of now all is complete and job is done. I’m glad now that job is done.
