Best Western Plus Tallahassee North Hotel

The room was spacious. Comfortable and if we needed something there was no problem getting it right away. Full breakfast and coffee and whatever you needed. Would definitely go back

Great room good price good hot breakfast Best Western Plus is back to buisness. Every staff member has been willing to help with anything I've needed. Come and relax I stayed in a King Deluxe it has living and Bedroom seperated with Television in each room.

This hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. However, there were beggars out front as soon as we arrived. They should monitor the front a little better. Also, the breakfast bar had no hot water for the oatmeal! Lol. And, the day we were there the fire alarms were going off during breakfast confusing many people. All in all, it was just a fluke I imagine. I would have given it five stars but they need to step up their game on friendliness. In my view.

Best western is always so great! I'd give it 5 stars but.
#1 check in took forever and
#2 flavored coffee and garlic parsley scrambled eggs are not my thing.

Convenient location, clean, safe, great pool, nice hot breakfast, super friendly staff! Stayed a week in this hotel and it was lovely! Very comfortable room with quiet, yet thorough housekeeping. Front desk staff was amazing! Thanks miss Metria and miss India! Really, the only place I'll stay when I come back to town is this Beat Western Plus! Great hotel!

The entire staff was awesome. I had no complaints during my stay. During my check-in, a guest came to the front with an issue and they were accommodated immediately. Breakfast was amazing. Clean rooms and fast service whenever yo needed anything. I look forward to staying here again:)

Great place to meet with family. Very clean pool and property. Great food within walking distance.

Very nice staff, quiet comfortable rooms, good breakfast and way nicer than all the hotels in that immediate area including the Holiday Inn and Country Inn. That I can tell you.

Myself and my husband stayed here while passing through town. The person at the front desk was very helpful and we checked in quickly.

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy. It made it very difficult to get up in the morning. I was surprised at how large the room was.

Although most hotels were brown bagging breakfasts due to COVID, they set it up ţo safely serve their guests a full, hot breakfast. Both my husband and myself were stuffed on scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patties, biscuits and gravy. They also had other options. Everything was very good and we would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Nice room. Bed was comfortable. Quiet. Decent price.
Lots of stairs if you are on 3rd floor.unless you like waiting, and waiting. Free breakfast was not good. Hard to get back to interstate from here - bad traffic pattern.

Stayed overnight while enroute to Orlando. The room was clean but no hot water to shower. Not good after a long drive. The vent in the bathroom was broken and the toilet ran constantly. Told the front desk clerk all she said was SORRY!

Problems in 3 areas: deadbolt would not work, clock radio incorrect time could not be adjusted, and ice machine did not work. I would not stay there again.

Nice clean courtesy staff food is a waste unless u like runny eggs and burnt crisp bacon u will like it and if u can read the cook / servers mind u will have no problem being served what a shame

Wife stuck in elevator. The phone from The elevator was in operable. Was quite stressful for her. They left our bill in the hallway outside the door. All of our contact information on it. The maids scream to each other up and down the hallway and slam the doors. Not a good Experience. We use best western hotel and have never had this problem. When turning in our points they said they were independently owned. Then they deducted $25 from our card a week later without authorization.

Nice room, hot breakfast (served by a friendly staff member wearing gloves and a mask). A bit dusty behind beds, but that is not a problem. (Only saw this because I dropped something back there.) Nice desk area & chair & reading lights on both sides of each bed.

Great location, very nice room, friendly, cordial and helpful staff, will be my go-to for stays in Tallahassee.

The hotel was clean the only thing we didn't like the mattress was way to hard for our liking and I couldn't get the vending machine to work will probably choose a different hotel next time.

Excellent, friendly customer service by Metria and the rest of the staff we encountered. The room, and entire hotel, was perfect and exceptionally clean! Tasty, hot breakfast and it wasn’t pre-made frozen stuff. Many thanks to a TERRIFIC experience! We will definitely stay again when passing through.

Absolutely fantastic clean quiet they were able to provide a hot breakfast safely as others are still Brown bagging it. The staff here goes above and beyond

Nice place. Friendly staff. Side door going into building takes forever to open with the swipe system. Saw other people not getting in and have to go to the front door. Stayed there last April and had the same problem. Pretty good other then that.
