This is a hidden GEM! I love taking my dog to Dunedin and ending the walk here to have a snack and wine. Its a great place that does not get overcrowded and is on the water. Food great, staff amazing!

The room was a little small for the money, for three nights. The breakfast at the hotel had options.

We landed a very spacious room with a hot tub, which is amazing, though we're told there aren't many other rooms like it. A few maintenance issues, but otherwise a great room. Wish they designed the place so the room windows and balconies face the water instead of the parking lot. Seems like a missed opportunity. Great, friendly service, and a good location.

Perfect location to access Clearwater Beach, Coachman Park and exploring Dunedin. The hotel is very nice and our room was huge. Definitely going back.

Hotel is refusing to pay staff member who worked for them. During time of employment was not given access to time clock record - this was held by the manager Yvette who said the owners (Benny & Eliza) were the time keepers.
After separation from the hotel, the records were altered, though the former employee has tracking on her phone with time stamps of every day, time and location she has been in.
After receiving her paycheck, she noticed the deficiency in hours and went to the hotel to see if she could get a print out of her hours, and was initially rebuffed and threatened by the manager about calling the police. Yvette eventually surfaced with the time clock records, but 2 days were missing from the pay stub, despite the time stamp records available through the tracking.
Several more attempts were made, in writing to the hotel, and reaching out to the owners, and they were ignored.
A complaint has been filed with the labor board, the EEOC (for the discrimination that led to the employee separating from employer) and a small claims lawsuit is being filed.
It’s not a lot of money, but it’s not right, and may be a trend as staff turnover appears quite high.
Beware if you or someone you knows attempts employment here, and if you’re a guest, and the employee seems disgruntled, this may be why

Quaint hotel. Convenient to downtown Dunedin. We've stayed here twice and the staff is very friendly! Rooms are good. Great views of the Marina, and walk out your back door to see views of the bay and Dunedin causeway! We get a Hawaiian beachy retro vibe!

Although we loved the location and the rooms were clean I had give the rooms a low mark. Our room was on the second floor and they have these huge transom windows which let in a eye bleeding amour of light at night. Bring a sleep mask is all I can say

Have tried calling multiple times and followed up several times between a couple people for block reservation for an upcoming wedding. No one gets back to you. Left 4 messages between 3 different people for pricing. Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for accommodations for upcoming events.

Overall a great hotel, the only complaint is that after using the pool my family and I felt extremely itchy. Besides that, nice place and good service

We took a room on our wedding day at Bon Appetit. It was very convenient for us to get dressed there before the wedding. We made our reservations months in advance. However, the woman at the desk who took our reservation was extremely nasty!
The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was wonderful that the Gulf of Mexico was just outside the back door. We took some very nice pictures there. We very quickly learned to stay far from the railing because it was so weak that if you got too close there was the chance of it breaking loose and causing someone to fall into the sea below.
Our room served it's purpose but it's not a place I'd book for a vacation because it was very expensive for just the night and that was with our senior discount!
$265 a night and having to deal with a nasty desk clerk!

The hotel is fantastic, we stayed there for 5 nights and we had an amazing time. The view from the hallway to get to the rooms is unbelievable. Service is great, the housekeepers are sweet and the rooms are spotless. The people at front desk are super helpful. Michelle checked us in, she was welcoming and gave us tips for what to do in the city. The only room for improvement from this hotel would be the pool, the boarders of the pool are made with an odd material that left us all itchy afterwards, I don’t recommend leaning on it. The breakfast is good, nothing too special but it did the job well.
