Best Western Space Shuttle Inn, Titusville FL

Rooms are not up to the picture. Don’t decide to book this motel based on the pictures they do not look the same. They advertise two queen beds but in reality the beds are double beds not queen sized. Free breakfast is really disappointing scrambled eggs taste like mush and coffee was decent. Location is convenient but not worth it.

The room was super smelly. Like cigarette smoke. The full breakfast is pathetic. This is a hard pass. Unlike your looking for a bed to sleep in. That’s all this place offers and even the rooms are questionable.

I stayed 3 days and housekeeping never came by room. Motel said they didn't have enough staff.bathroom was tiny 6 inches between wall and toilet. Toilet tank leaked all 3 days no maintenance. Gap under door allowing bugs and water in The area out back (park) was rotting away and over grown. Never got near the free breakfast due to lines of people. Next time I will stay elsewher

Getting a room is a nightmare. The clerk dorsnt know what rooms are occupied. I was given 3 rooms before finally getting a clean empty room. 2 am wake up call by someone trying to enter room with a key. No a vacation just more stress!

Ok the front desk was friendly; the broken TV remote not that big of a deal. Only a door separated our room from the very loud folks next door. The hair dryer did not work, but no one (but me) was concerned about replacing it. The hotel advertises breakfast from 6 am. But we left at 7 and it was still not open. AAA advertises it as recommended, but I 've no idea why.

Great customer svc on check in 2 nice ladies.same on check out 1 nice lady.room was nice size pool was great felt very safe at night price was great room was mega clean.every thing u needed was there great job to all 1 night stay wasn't long enough.

Friendly Staff! Wilma was one of the best and the young lady who served us breakfast on Saturday and Monday was Awesome too! Thank you for making us feel welcome from Michigan! God Bless!

Omg where can I start on out 2nd day at the room we came across bed bugs on the bed, then coming out from outlet by table by the door. Went to talk to lady there on shift she told us she was sorry but put us in another room. Checked that room out and it smelled real bad so me and my family slept in the car. Bad experience for us on our trip

Awesome place to stay. Clean and very comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub with a great breakfast outside.plants, trees, flowers and jungle like surroundings. We actually stayed an extra night.

I have been staying here at the hotel since the beginning of March and still today, we have had a absolute wonderful stay. The staff has been amazing to my mother and I, and not only that but have gone out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. And as time continues to go I know that from top to bottom this place and their staff will continue to help and treat my mother and I with the absolute up most respect. Every hotel/motel has issues but what is important is how those problems are handled and the few problems we have had, staff and management here solved that issue quickly and the problem has never occurred again. I honestly believe that if ur reallocating to the area, or staying for a short or extended stay, you wouldn't in my opinion find a place better.

Very disappointing. It had bed bugs and my daughter got several rashes. Bathroom was dirthy. There was a bad odor in the room with smelly sheets. Refrigerator was not working properly. The breakfast was almost nothing and you had to line up to collect it.

Heck no! The pictures look great. Our room was super musty! As I turned on the light, German roaches ran all over! They were crawling on the furniture and from under the floor trim. I killed one with a Kleenex, took it to the front desk, and was graciously given my money back. The floor was filthy as well. The place was full, but I would not recommend it right now. The lady at the desk was polite and accommodating. This is not her fault!
