I noticed a couple of negative reviews compared to our many positive ones. Upon closer inspection I noticed that these weren't base on a service or work we performed. Rather, the reviewer was upset because I or my secretary was trying to ascertain that such was a legitimate lead. This is called pre qualifying a customer such as a bank or furniture does before granting credit or even deciding to close a deal with a potential client, by asking relevant questions.
These 2 "reviews" should be removed as they're not a true reflection of our products or services.

Best service and best shutters in town
Got mine few weeks ago, and the pricing, installation, friendly customer service, guarantee and support, everything was just excellent.
This guys are OUTSTANDING
No need to call or try other people, just call, Chris, Charlie, Pedro, or Carlos, you will love to deal with them.

They do not return calls, I left several times my name and number, the receptionist or whatever she is does not do her job, very lousy to say the least

Great place. Really helpful. Very service oriented. I was happy with the results. I live in palm beach and came down to Miami due to the great customer service I received over the phone.

I am extremely happy with the final product. This company was flexible with all my requirements and deliver a great quality product. I really wanted the shutters to be installed on the wider end so I would not be able to see them pretty much from any angle inside the house and they really worked with me to get those requirements right. I am very picky when it comes to aesthetics and so it took me a while to make the decision, but I am glad I went with them.
The installers were also very knowledgeable and good at their job. They made sure we were happy with the installation before they left.
Thank you Michelle and Carlos for all your patience. I am more than happy with the way they turn out.
