My gel manicure felt rushed, the tech was very rough when applying the chrome to my nails, there are little bubbles on my nails and on top of that it’s been less than 10 hours and the chrome had already started to chip off of one of my nails. Maybe it was just a bad day for them because the other reviews are great but unfortunately my experience didn’t live up to that.
I’m loving this new salon! Zen was my nail tech today and she nailed it. The atmosphere is nice and the options are great!
This is the most elegant location with up to date accessories, a great staff, and excellent service. Yen is my favorite, she is the best!

I have been here 3 times and my nails never last more that a week, including my gel pedicure.
I do acrylic with gel on my nails, and one or two always break the second week and I have to go back for a repair.
When I go to other salons I can go three weeks before I need a new fill, with no repairs needed. The customer service is great, but unfortunately I believe they use sub-par products. I will not be back.
Amazing! My gel nails have held up for at least 3 weeks and still looked beautiful even after that long. I live in Bexley and I will continue coming here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the spa is gorgeous inside.
THE BEST nail salon! So relaxing, absolutely beautiful inside and they have the most comfortable chairs ever. Everyone is so kind and caring! They are AMAZING! 10 STARS!
Nam is an amazing nail technician and the salon is very nice! I would recommend this place to anyone!
Had a phenomenal experience. I was offered wine, and Nam made sure my nails were perfect! He brought me color choices when I couldn't decide and didn't rush through any aspect.
