I just wanted to let you know I really appreciated how quickly your team responded to and resolved the issue with our internet connectivity this morning. I got a call back promptly after leaving a message, and Andrew was here within 30 minutes of my call since it could not be resolved remotely.

Beyond IT Support has been our IT service provider for over 2+ years. They are local, which is great because when we need on-site support they are able to come to our office. They provide strong customer support and even better, retain their staff so we have the good fortune of getting the same technicians who know our systems and history. Helps with the problem solving.
