Brian San Pedro w/BFARR responded right away to my request to come look @ my Mother’s roof concerns. From day 1 we felt like he was invested in our project and understood our needs to feel comfortable to move forward. Communication was excellent, he was available and responsive to every question. The logistics were laid out clearly and accurately. We are pleased with the new roof and the caretaking that Brian, Carlos, Blake and the crew provided. I wanted to offer this review to possibly help others that might find themselves in the same position of needing a reputable roofing company.

I’m very glad I hired BFARR. After experiencing several awful housing related contractors in the past, I always approach each new contracting relationship with great caution and skepticism. My roof replacement was approached with enthusiasm and efficiency, followed by a thorough cleanup when the work was done. Needed new roof and gutters after hail damage called BFARR Jessie was great. The issue started the day Brain S showed up late to meeting, not very honest about staffs communication, care of my property, and job completion date. Job started 8 Jan on schedule and today is 20 Jan 2024 and job still not complete. All work is done by sub contractors none of work is completed by BFARR. As a 100% disabled combat veteran having to clean up my porch and yard where crew had lunch and spilled food, replace sprinkler heads they ran over, and adjust my schedule repeatedly because sub contractors do not show up as scheduled is ridiculous. Would never recommend this company to anyone certainly will warn others against using them. Now I know why I had never seen BFARR yards signs in Orange Tree sub division.

They first thoroughly inspected the house and provided detailed project propasal with pictures of where I needed to fix other things. They went over and beyond to do not only roofing but gutters as well.

Blake was awesome and so was Brian when it came to guiding through sales process and project execution.

I had to do gutter job and they not only scheduled this but when roofing was done in 2 days they accomodated my schedule to complete the work ahead of schedule.

Ainud was wonderful, she documented with drone photography and was there for all of my questions and concerns. Robert and his crew were fantastic and super detailed oriented, these guys are amazing workers, they even helped me with some things that had nothing to do with my roof. Before getting a new roof for my home, a few friends suggested I check the My Safe Florida Home Program (MSFHP). Once I applied and the program approved my grant, I was given a list of over 20 contractors that I could use. After extensive research on all the contractors listed, I decided to go with BFARR Contracting. And I am so glad I chose them!

From the very beginning, and throughout the project, Mathew Mink was great to work with. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and went over my options in much detail. He also helped guide me through the reimbursement process with the MSFHP.

As for the actual roof replacement, the process was very professional. The work was organized and completed in a timely manner. I was kept up to date continually through the entire process, and the cleanup was very detailed.
