The staff is very professional and friendly.
The place was hard to find because I forgot what suite it was in. A random hospital employee took time to direct me to suite D. Impressive!

Dr. Patel is a very patient and easygoing doctor who put me at ease about preparing for my colonoscopy preps and my upcoming colonoscopy. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor than him.

I would have given a much better review, however, Dr Patel"s clinical staff refuses to return my call. I had an Endoscopy done on 6/13/2022 and Dr. Patel ended up having to do a biopsy. When I left there I was told to call Dr Patel"s office in 10 days for the results. I have called 6 times since June 23 and left a message all 6 times but have yet to receive a returned phone call.
So, Dr Patel may be good but his clinical staff is horrible

Just had my procedure done this month. Dr Patel came by and saw me beforehand which was good. I must say that his staff was excellent before and after surgery. Very satisfied customer.

After my procedure I experienced lower back pain but was brushed off by the doctor. He definitely wanted to brush me off and have me go elsewhere to deal with the issue. I researched it online and it is something that happens after a procedure to some patients, but Dr. Patel wasn't hearing it. I could tell over the phone that he didn't care at all. In all honesty, I know that he did the procedure but I have never met the guy personally. He has everyone on his staff work with you and then when you are out under anesthesia he performs the procedure and you never meet the guy. I personally feel that is unprofessional, but that's just me. I've had procedures in the past and have always met the Doctor doing it. Now dealing with complications after the procedure I can tell this Doctor just lacks professionalism and bad bedside manners. (By the way, expect an hour and half wait for your procedure past your scheduled appointment time.you will sit and wait that long for sure)

Excellent doctor he is attentive profession bed etiquette did proper diagnosis. And came up with a treatment plan I would recommend him

My mother went and saw this man today at his office. He was very rude. Short tempered and even had the nerve to tell my mom she wasted his time because there was some sort of mixup with the referral and then walked out of room. Which had nothing to do with her. I am appalled. I wish they had negative stars for this review. I would for sure not send anyone I cared about here.
